Great app! However, something I would like to see in the future is the option to switch the position of both "sound" and "position" buttons, because when I started using this app I had already used a website with the "position" button on the left and the "sound" button on the right. This means that I had to re-learn which side had which button and it brought me a lot of frustration at first.

Great app. But for some reason it is not opening, it keeps on crashing when I try to open it. If some way could be found to change that, it would great. Edit: its working, I forgot to update it. Arigato Edit2: the game works, but I can't use the home button, only the settings button works and if I open the game again it does not remember my recent play. Please check about this. Thanks It fixed now, thank you

Not like the original. If you fail it is supposed to go back a level and if you succeed you go up a level that's how the brain training works. It stumps your brain when you change a level. Also on level zero there is supposed to be 21 letter sounds and positions and every level after that you add one. So level 1= 22, level 2= 23 and level 3= 24 and so forth.

Simple intro to dual n-back training. It's a good app for brain training beginners. Dual N-back has research behind it, and it actually improves memory, unlike most other such games. [UPDATE 14Dec2024-The weekly/all-time high scores lists are STILL not updating consistently. The inconsistent game difficulty (% lure trials) and all-time score list problems seem to be fixed.]

I have used/loved Dual N-Back for more than a year. The recent (Summer 2024) 'fixes' temporarily made elements of Dual N-Back impossible for me to use. I sent the developers a message explaining the issues, and they fixed it!

EDIT: The crash issue is no more! They've fixed it! All it took to apply the fix was a quick uninstall and reinstall of the app. Now I can improve my working memory again. 😀

At the moment it's not good used to work flawlessly but it now gets stuck loading after you've finished so can't see results and when you sometimes do the app freezes at the results screen

Can you add a replay button even if you get up to 100%. It's nice to keep trying until you can consistently get 100%. Other than that, great experience.
