Rather asking me to use it and in case it does not work, they may decide to change it. But for that too, they are not ready to send me official confirmation over email. Would avoid buying products from Beato henceforth.

The company is pretty loyal to it's customers as well as caring towards your regular reading on it's App. Whenever my reading shows ups and downs executive calls me suggesting with all the precautions, tips and all the suggestions by which it can be controlled. The device is very simple to use and easy to carry and its reading is reliable too. Overall the product is more than worthy

Good app to track multiple health records. However there is no scope for editing or deleting a manual record if entered inadvertently. Unable to ascertain Stress Index. Unable to enter heart rate data.

everytime when i open this app, it is asking for name year and gender always. i did already done three readings still it is unable to rememeber my name. it suppose to be asking the selectable names if two users are registered else directely to go to home screen for readings. Edit: support called me and rectified the bug. Normally not expected so soon, but beato outlived our expectations 2star to 5 star to the team

I've been using this app for my dad who's diabetic and recently had a stroke and had to go through bypass surgery and I just found out that the blood sugar readings are incorrect. Reading on this app shows 122 and reading taken on a different device shows 170. Difference of 40-50 points is literally unacceptable.

The updated version of the App did not work for a few days but now appears to be fine. The App team needs to be very careful since it is very critical for diabetics to have this App trouble free at all times.

The reading is not very accurate, sometimes the app is not responding always have to reinstall the app, the strips expiry date is too short and strips getting wasted because inaccurate and reading does not work sometimes. Overall it's okay is you want to get and mid accurate reading quickly.
