It's rubbish. It's difficult to navigate. Doesn't move well between children if you have multiple kids swimming lessons to manage, and currently the app doesn't match what lessons they are booked onto. Also, it should show how many spots are available in a swim class rather than just saying it's busy

The app is easy to navigate and has high level readability. Making bookings and paying is very easy. The downside is the frequency with which it signs out of the account. There's no 'signed out' alert. You only find out when you attempt to book. Then it wants a password update. A full timetable of future availability is not visible in the app. You can only see dates up to one week ahead, so you can't plan activities well in advance, something groups need. It's very limiting.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, I'm a software technician. I have tried everything to get this app to send me sound notifications. Nothing works as there is no option on the app to set a sound, never mind a custom sound. Also, when I am on a waiting list and a class is available notifications are slow and by the time I receive them it's too late, everything has been booked again. I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app several times and it's still the same.

Clunky membership menu options which don't really make sense, online booking is ok. I've sent an enquiry via the app and received a reply, to then be told by staff to telephone in. When I telephoned in I was then told to submit again via the App! Either a staff problem or App problem I'm not sure which, but it's slightly frustrating and inefficient.

App doesn't work at all. There are no. Of problems. 1. Not suitable to manage 2 kids with one app 2. Swimming lessons progress- its shows same progress in both the child doesn't move. While one of them needs only 2 more stars to go to next stage. I came to know about this when i ask inspector. ( who don't have that much time bw lessons neither the front desk people reply at forum centre) 3. Took too long for notifications I STOP using wythenshawe forum facility for anything, only kids swimming

I don't know what you've done with the app, but I can't access my daughters swimming progress. Don't say it's one here or there. I've tried it, and it doesn't show anything, which is annoying considering i pay £30+ a month and can't see jack on the app. Needs sorting. Use to be able to see what she needed to work on to pa's the level. I can't see anything 😕.

This App doesn't allow me to book my swimming. Senior session Monday morning. Says it is full when it is not or won't let you "book at this point". It used to work but stopped when you changed payment provider. I have no idea why, and we have told reception many times to no avail. Get it fixed. I am fed up of the confusion.

App is awful, really set up to maximise the money Everyone Active can make. It's really difficult to get onto classes. By the time notifications come through to state a space has become available, the space has gone. It automatically charges you if you cancel a class outside of your control. If you try to feedback I'm pretty sure they're just AI responses & not from an actual human. Unless the human made from stone!! The responses are so cold & unhelpful, it's so disappointing!!
