Thank you for building this app. Android TVs with USB ports often do not support most USB drives in practice. Lots of people have this problem, and the solutions proposed online rarely work. What the app does, in layman's terms, is allow your tv to read usb drives whose file system type it does not nominally support. It works and is hassle free to install. I appreciate the honesty of jumping straight to a paid model instead of going freemium but forcing ppl to pay for actual functionality.

It works. At the very least, I can read what's on an NTFS/FAT disk without having to format it, and there's no proprietary nonsense, so all USB disks or SD cards can now be accessed, regardless of who manufactured it. No adverts, either subtle or otherwise. It seems to work better than other file reader/writers in its class from what I've seen so far. So, it's worth the money I paid.

Does exactly what it says (and not much else) for a very reasonable price. I needed this app so I could have a way to view the videos on the SD card from my car's dash cam. The camera requires the FAT32 file system but my phone doesn't natively support that file system. This app let's me browse and open the videos. Other apps cost more for the same functionality.

Bettet than paragon + total commander solution for phone & external drive visual wise // Needs to remember folder navigation location (e.g subfolder has many folders, opening one folder and going back to parentfolder resets navigation to beginning) // Background operation functionality for copying moving files, while still navigating external drive is a must for managing files with phone. // No cross-device functionality (to copy from phone to drive)!! // No eject functionality

It's almost perfect. Using it with the Chromecast 4K with Google TV and UGreen 9-in-1 hub. The only problem I face is that the app sometimes can't see the USB drive or it disconnects after a while.

I downloaded this app to my Vodafone TV so I can watch videos from my NTFS-formatted harddrive. It was working for a while, but now suddenly it can't open any of the files... not sure what happened? The harddrive is working perfectly so unclear as to what's changed?

This works flawlessly on Vodafone TV (Android TV 9) for WD passport 2TB (NTFS). Thank you developer for your awesome work. The app is actually a file browser. Browse to the file and click it. You will be presented list of available apps for that file. In my case media file (mp4, mkv) opened and played in VLC media player without any issues.

bare bones, but it works. I use it to copy files from my dji drone SD card (exfat), does not let you select directories to copy to on your phone, files go to a default directory (mp4 to movies folder, jpg to pictures folder, etc...) would pay to see better features
