Such a third class app. People keep profile for timepass. When there are not even interest in marriage too. Half of the mobile numbers provided were, not working, switched off, not even responding, blocking the number if calling multiple times. After paying premium i have found all this. Unnecessarily wasted my money on this app. I have reported approximately 10-15 profiles. Still there were show in the site. They dont even have a proper backend team to retify the issues too.

Worst app & waste of money. No proper response from customer support and also backend team never reverts back to the request raised. They close the ticket raised without resolving it. It seems there are many fake profiles too. Old profiles are shown under just joined section & those profiles are not even used from many days. Many Bugs are there, you see duplicate profiles, in correct count, profiles visited are not shown in order. and many more. Even the customer chat option is also not proper

App crashes regularly. Its happening everytime App is opened and click on any notifications on notification bar. Every time profile loads based notifications images were not loading properly. Long time respond when opened from notifications to go certain profile. In notification profile was not hidden even though user made available through request only.

Worst app and no proper support for paying customers. App is full of bugs and not been soved from last 3 months with multiple complaints registered. They are just making money with subscriptions but they are not focusing on platform improvement. One base and clone it to every state to make money thats the plan they are following. The no.of daily callls you recieve are 4-5 to get subscription but again once you get it. No single call to check how is experience.

good n decent enough app.. need much UI updates as it gives mush up user experience. UX person should apply more heuristics and need proper data updates. Please use sequential model for your notification updates as notified items still show notification numberings which is quite confusing for an user to understand whether he/she did go through the notified item. Need stronger integration between app and site as many major things miss out in app.

very bad service. There is no recent profile updates all are outdated. For paid membership executives will call u twice in a day. after taking membership there is no response from them. i strongly suggest dont take paid membership. recent update: My membership is getting expired, i got a call from executive, i informed the same, now i am getting recent profiles to commit me for membership again.Hope u understand about this matrimony. My sincere request dont encourage this app.

The worst ever app or the service that I got from them. I saw them calling me each and every day to join the premium package once after paying the money they are not responding at all. I have told them one criteria but they won't follow that criteria and they will send us the profiles when we ask them like one or two and they don't even respond back to that Guys if someone are going to take any package please do check other websites this is fraud and not worth I do have the conversation with me

I would like to give zero rating for this app,as I am not having zero rating option I am giving the least rating. I thought the app was genuine and I took the membership by paying an amount around 6000 rs . After paying the amount I started looking for matches and you don't believe this app is not genuine and all are fake profiles. As a next step I reached out to customer care and asked to cancel my membership and take action against the fake profiles. There is no action from the team.
