issues with updating the wristband.. I finally figured out the setup on the phone, but the wrist band..finally figured out set up on the phone, but the wristband was still not updated. have not tried the card yet, but that is next also. if I can not update the band when I update the profile, then this would be a bad decision.

Functionally it's great. I was going to cancel because I simply wasn't using it enough. Not able to use it well in my field based on my way of networking. Not a bad app. They have this pause feature where you can pause your account and give you three months free as they say. I was under the impression that I could continue to think about whether or not I can use this app but I actually got charged the yearly fee. Not sure if this was intended... have read something wrong but I want my $ back...

At first, I couldn't even get this app to let me create an account. That page is blank with the crate account button, but the fields above show up for a split second and then turn white on a white background. Maybe that is a problem with my phone(an older S7). I managed to create an account and it has gone pretty well. It's still a little finicky on my phone, but everything is set up now and I just ordered my card. Looking forward to trying everything out.

Will update if fixed but for now, waste of time and money. Will not allow user to create a new account. Tried using the app, reinstalling the app, two other computers, and all get you to the set up new account page but once you enter your data and hit next, nothing happens. Seems many others are having issues with the website/app as well. Was looking forward to showcasing this item to others but now have a sour taste in my mouth. Customer service has not responded to email.

This was amazing for so long. Started crashing then I had to switch my credit card recently... When it came time to manage my subscription all it does is give me an alert telling me I'm not using their web application but providing me no additional direction. Can't update to pro any longer. It really shouldn't be this hard to give a company my money. After multiple attempts to contact with no response looks like I'm having to make the switch elsewhere.

Love linq. Literally the best app for social connecting on a professional level. The only thing it's missing is the ability to add a static calendar (like an events page) to the page. It has options for scheduling calendars which is still pretty awesome. Very good price, very goof product. The Pro is perfect for baby entrepreneurs.

It's a great app. The free version restricts a lot of basic functions, such as the number of contacts you can see. The upgrade should only be necessary for the upgraded features. the basic features should not be so limited. But as far as ease of use and setup... it's quick and simple. No technical skills are needed.

12/17/22 app crashed and no longer have access or am able to update or change my profile. What good is this if you can update or change things along the way! Fix the bug ASAP so we can use the app as intended. Also, a response to other messages such as this go unaddressed, you should be providing an update to everyone! Thank you
