Glitchy. Buggy. Terrible. Tried this on the Samsung Galaxy S4, S6 and S9+ You'll spend more time trying to get anything than trying to swipe matches. You change phones and log back into Tinder or Bumble, all your messages and matches are right where you left it. Change phones and log back into Luxy, and your matches are not only out of chronological order, but all your messages are wiped clean. ps. Latest update. Open Luxy, and everything gets SLOW. So slow that you repeatedly tap the screen and you get a "Luxy is not responding. Close. Wait. Send Feedback", and you haven't even done anything yet!! And whatever you do, don't let the screen shut off on you. That automatically closes the app, and you gotta do it all over again. Get. Better. Programmers.

The cost is to high for glitchy app with hardly any matches. Tried to set up an account and waited to be verified by "other users," seemed fake. Then, every once in a while, it kept telling me my clear face photo wasn't good enough and forced me to upload a new one. Experience is sub par with matching. I fear losing my money and not having it work.

When I first signed up not all messages would go through. They fixed that but then it took forever to load. They fixed that only to have all my previous communication history lost. Next, I couldnt see who's visited my profile. Now on the latest update, ap crashes when I click on a profile. Customer service never replied to my email. For being the most expensive app it's the worse one available! Just deteleted with 2 mo left on subscription.

The android app has some pretty bad bugs. It does not appear to even have the moments feature. No way to upload moments even though it says they are enabled in the settings. The time countdown for swiping also frequently resets itself without actually letting you swipe. The solution is restarting the app. There is also a disconnect between your messages on the site and messages on the app. No way to delete conversations either .

This app sucks! It crashes and freezes a lot! Also when you and a sentence and start a new one the first letter doesn't switch to a capital letter. Some application features you cannot get to because if the location interfering with phone features in the way. Just way too expensive of a subscription for these things to still be occuring with this application. I was on the app over a year and theses issues are still a thing. Is this application even getting updated?

Well it took about 18 months to fix, but the app is finally usable again. My only current complaint is that the "nearby" option in the search setting doesn't list people in order of their distance from you. It seems to do it in batches. Also, you can't copy messages, which is very useful when someone gives you their contact info.

The app seems ok, if it would actually work. There's no way I'd pay for an app that crashes EVERY TIME I attempt to reply to a message from a match. I have several messages and can not reply. Also, I've had several cards sent to me multiple times. With limited cards per day, that's frustrating. I'd rather have all new cards. I have a basic account (no need to pay for something before you confirm it works) and I can see blurred images of "likes" but most of them aren't coming up in my cards.

Absolutely horrible. There were only 5 people near me that I went through on the first day. Then they rejected both attempts at me taking a main profile photo. I was never told why they were rejected despite contacting support. The photos fit all requirements (only of me, close up, not obscuring my face, not obscene, good quality or at least quality that a modern flagship cellphone takes). In other words, this app fails at the most important parts of being a dating app and has bad support.
