Using app on android phone. Trying scroll up & down and it constantly goes left or right to shop or subscribe screens. When going back to training plans it will then spin trying to load.

Absolutely terrible. I bought the digital subscription online, which to my understanding is supposed to give access to content on the app. However, I have never been able to log in through the app. So, I contacted customer support. It literally took them nearly two months to reply and my issue is still not resolved. Very disappointing.

Horrible experience. Cannot log into subscription and publisher and app maker just point fingers at each other. Not even the help request button on the app works! When I was finally able to email the app customer service, they don't respond back! What a waste of time!

I paid for a subscription and still cannot use the app. Tech support is incredibly unhelpful. To cancel this I'll probably need to ask the credit card to reverse the charge. Worst customer service experience! Update: The tech support agents are also rude and condescending.

This is literally nothing but a way to read the magazine. You do not get digital access with Plus so don't bother downloading. Runner's World Plus must be accessed through the website only. Just save a shortcut to your desktop. Customer service will not tell you any of this, by the way.

Runner's world the running partner I have had for 40 years. The virtual app is a great parter for the paper magazine. Easy to use with great reads I read again and again.....and I never reread anything else. Amust for Runner's of al shapes and sizes.

The app sucks. Buying a membership is even worse. Don't waste your time and money. There is no convenient way to access anything and every article I get is blocked despite my "premium" access account. Help has been non-existent.

I'm subscribed and still get to many commercial; suddenly its stops and shuts down. Is not an friendly handy app. Must update with better programming so that we can fully take advantage. Would like to see the trainings ,news, etc here just like in your website.
