SO MANY RED FLAGS: In addition to the constant issues with the app glitching and consta connectivity issues despite highspeed internet working fine on all other household devices, they also limit your subscription if you purchase it through the Playstore and not directly from them. If you pay for the $9.99/mo subscription through them, you get 30 days of stored video. Yet, when you pay for the same $9.99/mo subscription through the Playstore, they limit the video storage to 3 days!

Why is my Mic access required to view the video. It makes no sense. The app always malfunctions and then I can't summon the assistant because the mic is in use by Miku. If I disable the permission then I can't see the video... Its just dumb. I have a $50 Amazon camera that does a better job. Outside of that, I have no other complaints. Video when mic enabled is great. I have had no issues with connection.

When this camera and app works it is awesome. Great picture. Nice breath tracking. Good recording and motion detection. All really fantastic. BUT at least 80% of the time you try to use the app you get stuck on a "connecting" screen that spins and spins and spins forever. It is frustrating when all you want to do is quickly check in on your kid and just get a spinning blue circle. This sucks. Miku fix this! It makes using your camera an awful experience.

When it works it's great. The problem is that it doesn't work often. The app loses connection constantly. Our wifi signal is strong, we even upgraded our wifi in hopes to fix the issue. This is so bad that we are in the process of returning it. After spending as much as we did on this device AND the $100 stand, we expected more from the product. It over promises and under delivers. A 2 way walkie talkie style from the 80's is way more reliable than this garbage. Very disappointed.Negative stars!

Cool tech, terrible app. The Miku unit itself is pretty cool. It has some imaging tech in it that is state of the art for its market and very helpful. Too bad it doesn't really matter when the app is complete garbage. It never stays connected, most of the time failing to establish a connection at all between the app and unit. I have very high internet speeds with the app showing a strong connection to the wifi. Its just way way way too inconsistent, unreliable and not worth your time.

App logs me out constantly. I have the most updated version and have reinstalled. I will wake up to check on her at night and be logged out. It also randomly disconnects and can take up to 5 minutes to get the video reconnected. In 2023, for a baby monitor app, it's frankly unacceptable. I wouldn't purchase this brand again just due to this issue and how often it happens. Update: now they want you to subscribe monthly but the app is still trash it is just now even less useful.

Connectivity is constantly a problem despite our raging fast and strong wifi signal. Daily, we get notifications that baby is asleep or awake when she's not even in the crib. Overall, the analytics are crazily inaccurate. App will monitor how long baby has been sleeping, but that info is no longer available as soon as they wake up (problematic for naps). Movement/sound tracking/recording issues, incorrect RR, etc. There's not enough space here to list all the things needing fixing with this app.

Way too expensive for what it is. I would give this zero stars if I could. The only other reason why I wouldn't is because at the very least its kind of functional. The app is awful, it almost never connects, it takes multiple tries to launch. The alarms don't always work even if they're set up to go off with no movement. The camera is loose only after 2 years of use, I had to duct tape it to my wall to hold its weight. For $300, you could get A LOT better. DON'T waste your time or money.
