This app aims to connect people but fails. Contacts who liked me disappear, defeating the purpose of the likes feature. Filters don't work properly; age range settings are ignored. Contacting mutual matches is often unsuccessful. Notifications are unreliable, coming through only occasionally. Additionally, you can't remove people you're not interested in from your likes list, cluttering it. Despite complaints, these bugs have persisted for the 18 months I've been a member. Other apps are better.

Loading issues. No algorithm. Despite paying for a Gold plan and setting my preferences and "dealbreakers" the app crashes multiple times throughout the day. I also have profiles pop up for me that clearly ignore my deal-breakers (specifically when it comes to the age range I've selected.) I understand trying to broaden horizons and that love can be found in unexpected places but sometimes I'm left feeling really uncomfortable and confused by the way this app functions.

Very glitchy, constantly bugging, barely functioning app. I'll get notifications about a message and click and nothing happens, I go in the app and it will take forever to load I can't even see who messaged me what. I try to send voice messages and they don't go through. I've updated and this app is still rarely functional. I'd like to try and use the app and considered paying but not with these issues.

I'm beyond frustrated by this app constantly crashing. It seemed to work out well at first. I was just about to sign for gold when the app started to flip out. It kept saying my password doesn't work (it does but I changed my password just in case) and then it kept saying that something went wrong due to my internet or Google play. Once I restarted my phone, it accused me of screenshotting a profile and when I click on "I understand", it just blocks. I can't do anything.

Used to be ok. Had some free stuff, and you pay for extras. At this point though, it's pretty much a scam. You can swipe left, but you basically get 1 or 2 right swipes and then you gotta upgrade. They pretty much admit to only showing paying member profiles. The worst part is... I used to be a paid member and when I could filter for realistic partners, there weren't that many. I'd def recommend Muzz over this hustle. Not that Muzz is amazing, but at least it isn't the scam that Salam is

Meh, the app is user friendly I guess. It's practically useless if you don't have the paid version. I suspect something is up with the algorithm though - on the first day, you'll get a few people swiping on you. After that, it comes to a very sudden halt. I suspect I'm not being shown to many users after that, especially the ones I'm swiping right on. Salams, please do something about this. I'm not the only one to notice this. Also as a suggestion - you should have a "boost" feature

Can't even upload a photo after enabling all permissions. Update: 10/4/23 They finally fixed the issue with the image permissions. Now that I've spent a good amount of time on this app, I can say that it's okay. But sometimes when I look at these profiles they seem to be AI generated or just straight up fake. There are real people here, but not many.

Question, how do I cancel my subscription? ----- App is good. Interface is nice. I wish if there were some more features like "save profile for later" , " don't make a decision when swiping and skip to the next person" , and "search by name" for liked profiles and those who liked you. Also it's hard to figure out how to cancel my subscription, I hope to receive a response in time
