Today and last night I started having issues with being able to talk to people that I've matched with. If I click on the chat button it'll take me to the chat but then it's just a blank screen plus the person's picture. Sometimes it tries to load, and then tells me that there's no support, or nothing happens at all. And when I go to see who's sent me a "HI" the screen starts acting like its frozen and the back button disappears. Aside from the occasional guy it's a pretty decent app. PLEASE FIX!

i really like the app in general, but it can be really glitchy. sometimes i get the same notification twice. sometimes my messages disappear for a little while. it also freezes sometimes & i have to close the app & reopen it to get it to work. the sounds from the ads play when the ads arent even showing. if it wasnt for all the glitches id have no complaints

I thought this would be better than HER because of the rating but it's way worse. Layout was super inefficient. I only had it a few hours but trying to navigate it just to try to edit the order of my pictures and my sexuality was annoying. Turns out there's still a ton of cis hetero men on here, several of whom are looking for specific women so that's super creepy. Then there's the issue of no age filter. If I'm not interested, I should not have to tolerate someone with a 46 year age gap trying to match with me. If I'm on an app searching for a long term partner, please give me the option to see people that won't die like tomorrow.

I don't think the coin system works right I had 50 coins I said hi to like three or four people and they were all gone on top of that when you hit the back button inside the app or on your phone after it's been open for a while it just keeps looping in the same spot so you have to close to get back to the main menu so if you fix these issues I would be happy to rate it 5 stars best regards cat with nine tails

Very frustrating user experience. The first app to reject all my pictures. I understand the need to verify but to Ask me to take a picture with word Mingle on it to prove and no call to action button to actually upload it is frustrating. I only saw a message my picture was rehljected and to upload the verification picture but could not find where to upoad it. Clicking on camera icon under the message actually takes the picture and I loads it for everyone to see. Waste of time.

App keeps auto deleting and blocking my totally appropriate photos so I can't even have a profile for more than a day. Plus my verification photo has been requested over 5 times so I can't even use the app. Sucks. I haven't even talked to one person. Yeesh. Plus customer service is taking their sweet time to respond. Didn't even get so much as an auto reply. Plus what's the point of a feminine app when I get a bunch of hetero guys on here creeping. What's even the point its crowding up likes.

Horrible horrible horrible don't let the pretty icon fool you. I downloaded the app and used it for a few minutes and things were going well until I was forced to verify my account (which i had no problem doing. The problem came when I couldn't access the app without verifying my account. ) I took the photo for verification and it took hours, I did what I was supposed to do (used other apps and my verification was approved) but here, after all those hours waiting, my account was banned. Sis.
