Occasional bug; sometimes the clue reads as 'null', and if that happens, it throws off the numbering for the rest of the clues in that puzzle. This happens most often in the "Club Crossword". Other than that, I have no complaints. I consider the amount of advertising to be reasonable for the amount of gameplay and enjoyment I get from the app. Cheers! - Update; the Club Crossword on both July 12 and July 14 of this year have this bug. - Update again; I am very impressed by the swift response!

I love the app on-line and would rate it 5*, for my personal use. But my wife prefers a printed copy. I have tried lots of different ways to share and print (with HP Print), and it always lops off the last few lines, which deletes a varying number of clues - across and down - that I have to write down for her. Any ideas are appeciated.

I love this app. I love all the different puzzles (except daily cryptic 😆) and look forward to new ones most every day. Saves on paper, too. 📰 🗞 Will the daily puzzles be uploaded again anytime? I miss doing them daily. Except for the cryptic. 😆 Still don't like that one. I guess I can't upload the screen shots, but I don't see puzzles most weekends, the week of September 18th, October 1st, 2nd, 5th, 7th, 8th, 11th. I really enjoy these puzzles. 😆 🤣

This is a great app if you are into crossword puzzles. Exactly as advertised. Downloads most of the common daily crossword puzzles (including LA Times, USA Today, Schaffer, Universal, etc.). Once downloaded, you can then play off-line without internet access. So for example it is great for long plane or car rides. Ads only play between puzzles. Has an option to note incorrect letters if you are a little unsure. Love this app. Would give it 10 stars if possible.

Ok, so I downloaded this game and played a short time, but I can attest that the colors do cause eye strain as another review mentioned. Maybe some font and/or color changes for hints, etc. would be beneficial. Aside from that, the puzzles are not too difficult and the hints have yet to be too vague like other apps I have tried. This has potential if the creators are willing to put a little more optionality into settings of the app.

Been using this app for a long time. Game play is great. Puzzle availability is good. But clues often reference circled clues (from original source) but not circled in the app. Also GUI a little underwhelming. I would prefer it be more mature / professional if that makes sense. Also ability to turn errors on/off without having to leave puzzle and go to the settings page.

This is an app with no bells or whistles and I like it that way. I've been playing for years with absolutely no issues and ads could be skipped after 5 seconds. Now it's been updated to force you to watch ads 15 sec or longer and crashes every time I try to play (and doesn't save any progress you've made on the puzzle when it does). There was no reason for this update. Like I said it's a very basic app and that hasn't changed so why do you need to make people watch longer and more frequent ads?

This is a great little app overall. I won't have time to play enough to ever run out of puzzles. It's a little cumbersome moving around the puzzle (no arrow keys on the keyboard that let you move one letter at a time), and hitting the arrow at the top left takes you all the way back to the monthly calendar rather than back to the list of daily puzzles you were just working on. But these are irritations I can live with in exchange for this treasure trove of puzzles. Thank you!
