Dreadful. Takes so long to load. Cannot even register. Free app to work only an hour. Then cannot log back in. My property is surrounded by cameras and now I can't see nowt. Total waste of time. Any chance of getting a different update. As when I first started using it, it stated an update is required. So where is it. Totally depressed I can't check on my property.

Awful app. It's almost useless. Trying to review CCTV recording is nearly impossible. When trying to view footage from a particular date and time, you mostly cannot view any video playback. The app gets stuck with a "connecting" logo displayed. It's an absolute waste of time. What is the point in this app and the CCTV system when you cannot even watch the recorded video.

terrible app. keeps losing my device so I have to keep entering it about once a week. scanning the qr code in my instructions gave me access to someone else's CCTV setup! ridiculous. will be swapping this while system out for a much better one in a couple of months

We have still had issues after getting engineers out to look at it. We now have writing over the picture again, which we cannot get rid of. Not happy with this make at all. Does not work with mobile app. Feel very let down!!!!

dreadful app and system, connectivity is so slow and laboured, buffers for ages even on 4g and have to shut the app down and even log out to get the picture back, if I'd have known how poor this is I'd have installed a hikvision system

The app has stopped connecting to my phone for the last 4 days. No reason or warning. Garbage when you have paid hundreds for a system. Like 1980s tech!!
