Camera built in with the sock is great and I like all the features of the camera like telling temperature and humidity, microphone and sound controls. Love the picture and picture and being able to monitor her wherever I am. However It's very hard to connect the camera to WiFi and we had to change our WiFi password to get the camera to connect which is crazy.

Works well on wifi, but does not connect to the base station at least half the time when using mobile data. My wife's iPhone connects just fine on both the camera the the base station when away, but the Android app will only show the camera and does not show the sock data sometimes. Annoying that developers don't bother to fix their Android apps.

this app is helpful when it's helpful, but so frustrating when it's not working. I often have an issue where it's saying it can't access my camera or that it's not paired, even though the camera is absolutely paired and I haven't lost power, and my wi-fi has been connected and has not lost connection. it's annoying to not be able to see my baby on camera because of this glitch and it doesn't even give me an error message code to look up. this system is too expensive to have this issue daily.

I literally have to reconnect the sock every night and it doesn't always reconnect I have to sometimes log out and log back in, insintall the app and reinstall, delete the device and re add it. For as much money as I've spent on this I should not be having the problems I am having with the sock communicating with the app. EDIT: still having issues. Switched to nanit and have no problems what so ever. Owlet dream sock is a waste of money. Try the eufy sock cheaper and works better

I love the concept of Owlet. Most nights it is super helpful! However, it seems like with every new update it gets worse and worse. Edit: we bought the camera too. Every night it has connectivity issue and flashes bright blue light, waking up the baby. We have the light function off and it still does it. We have the strongest Internet that our provider offers and no other device has ever had connectivity issue until the owlet camera...

I love the product - truly. The peace of mind it provides is unmatched. The app on the other hand is hot flaming garbage. You better hope it never gets disconnected from the sock or camera because you'll spend 2 hours getting it reconnected. And don't even think about traveling with it because you'll spend another 2 hours doing the same repetitive motion trying to get connected to the sock and getting it to recognize the network. 0 stars

I love almost everything about it. it eases my anxiety and allows me to sleep better to know it constantly monitoring. I will say though I'm constantly getting yellow alerts when we go into another room in my house and to get into the app to turn it off sometimes takes multiple minutes to load so unless i want to run across the house i have to let it keep making noise waking up everyone until it finally loads. I'd love a base station range extension/ second alert/button for our bedroom.

App is ok, but once you upgrade to the health monitoring it becomes a terrifying experience and there's no reversing it. The sweet lullaby turns into a klaxxon alarm for every little thing. Now we try not to put the owlet on because of the alarm. I've had it get stuck on a loop and the only way to clear it was to reboot my phone. Picture in Picture also doesn't work on the latest Android build for the Pixel 8 Pro.
