Today is my second time using the app. So far so good. Two things, though. I wish the app would show which muscles are being used or targeted in combination with the videos. Also, I finished today's workout with 10 sprint intervals - 40sek on 20sek off- I wish it was possible to select all sprints so they'd all play continuously and I wouldn't have to select each one after the other manually.

so far so good! It works smoothly and i love the variety of workouts and that you can get alternatives to each exercise! it came out handy when gyms are busy!

I cannot get in the app. Sent multiple emails and messages on Instagram and the money is being taken from my account but I cannot gain access to the app. Issues still on going a month later. Fingers crossed it gets sorted.

I really enjoy the content and structure of this app and with some adjustments it would be 5 stars. I've found that the app will only save a workout when I complete it, go back to the home screen, say continue workout and then complete again. The 2nd time I get an option for a cooldown at which point if I hit complete it will save most of the time. I will still sometimes open it and find that NY entire workout was lost and will be given that workout as my daily.

Looove Hannah! Her workouts are good, with great variety. You never get bored. Also has collabs with other trainers who offer different types of training. Have been using it for years at this point. Highly recommend!

I've only been using this app for 2 weeks but I absolutely love it - it has everything you need to get started. The workouts are brilliant and it's really easy to track your progress. Love that there's a mini video for every exercise and so many guides to choose from! Looking forward to seeing my results at the end of the guide I'm following.

I've seen this app grow since the beginning and throughout my long fitness journey the ups and downs... This app has been there for me. The food is amazing, it gives the macros, and counts them for you. You can make a grocery shopping list, and have so many workout plan options that always inspires you do something. They have a diverse set of plans that really pushes you and when the gym is packed for a specific day I can count on this app to find me a new workout. 10/10 recommend
