Free version only lets you upload 30 photos a month. And every upload into the app COUNTS as an upload. With no option to group photos in a carousell after uploading or vice versa, make a mistake and trying again that counts for your overall monthly quota. But probably the worst part is that the push notifications stopped working for me. Worked fine at first but what's even the point of an IG scheduler if it doesn't notify me of my scheduled post log.

The apps interface isn't as user-friendly as people proclaim. If you have more than one account on the same app such as Instagram it doesn't allow you to use both of those accounts I even tried to create a separate account but it keeps going back to my main Facebook page which isn't allowed me to use multiple platforms thank goodness I discovered this before I paid the full membership

For the most part, this app is OK for what I need it to: plan my grid and even save drafts. I haven't used the autoschedule feature yet. However, every time it loses connection with Instagram, it's nearly impossible to fix that. When I click on the Fix Now button, it takes me to Instagram & I allow the sharing of information, but then the page crashes and then I get an error 500. I've been trying to reconnect for days and nothing, so now I'm going to look for another app. Bye Planoly.

Crashes constantly! I had this years ago & it worked great! Reinstalled it, hoping to make my business life easier & it won't do anything! It keeps crashing! Wasn't able to schedule post one thing!! Why have you regressed?? This app should be better than ever after all these years! Very disappointed!

Had this for a couple of months, but every time I go on and try to link my accounts, it won't let me. It shows completed, but when I go to add something new, it says I need to link an account so it never goes through all the way. Big waste of my time, but oh well.

I used to love using this app as it made life easier when planning ahead for company socials. For the past few months it has become a nightmare to use. Various technical issues and the inability to link with social media platforms now have me looking for alternative planners. Such a shame really.

Edit: I can not longer edit the ratio of my photos without it bugging out and deleting my work. What a time saver!! Planoly has absolutely changed the way I prepare for my week of social media posting. I am able to draft up ideas to fill up space, finalize a promotional hype plan, or preplan autoposts before a busy week! Highly recommend!

Used this app for literal years with no issues but in the past 2ish years the app slowly got worse and worse. Sometimes I would be adjusting how to wanted my grid to work and the app would reset and I'd have to start over again. Other times it just forgets my instagram so I have to leave and come back. And for a few months now I get nothing on my screen. Can't log in yet my account is still there. Better off just finding a different app
