The latest 2 updates are ridiculous. Now the treasure hunt energy doesn't regenerate, price increases, can't back out of levels, and coin amount for winning has decreased. I've been playing for YEARS (15408 levels to be exact), and I've never had to pay to play like this. Used to pay because I WANTED TO, NOT BECAUSE I HAD TO. Fix it, or you're going to lose good loyal players.

The help feature says, "We removed the energy regeneration feature through the timer and shifted the focus to completing match-3 levels, so you can earn even more energy and progress through the event faster." This is a LIE. It merely means my progress grinds to a halt whenever I get caught up on a difficult level of the match-3, which sometimes takes me as much as two weeks of daily play to defeat. It's a pure $$ grab & sucks the fun out of the game.

I can't believe how much this game has changed. You can no longer play the event unless you beat levels. Sometimes, these levels are very hard to beat. It is a lot less enjoyable to play now. You should definitely advertise that you must purchase extras to continue to play. Will probably delete this game. I really used to enjoy it. 😔

Played this game for years but now it feels like you have to pay to play in order to defeat levels. If you don't have power ups it could take you 15+ tries to finally beat a level. Definitely find myself more frustrated playing today than I have months past. Also I don't feel the challenges should reset all your power ups you have built up until that point. A challenge should just be a bonus round you could beat but if not then you just don't gain the challenge benefits.

I've been playing this game since it was developed. I learned to go with the flow of the process as they worked the kinks out BUT THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST!! I don't know if the developers began to up the price bc they became "famous", but this is ridiculous. Not only have the coins that you win at the end of each game decreased, but the energy that recharges for the expedition is gone. The only way that the energy recharges is if you pass a level which is impossible on the 1st five attempts.

They suddenly made it so that your energy for the expedition doesn't automatically refill anymore. I'm not sure if this is a glitch or a permanent change, but I'm not happy about it. I really enjoyed Gardenscapes before they made these updates (including the decreased amount of coins and energy you earn from each level). I hope they fix these things soon.

I've been playing this game for years, the rewards for beating levels have been reduced significantly while the price for spending game coins for a few extra moves has remained the same. The events that require energy for moves, gets expensive quicker than it should as you go through the event, making it pointless to try and finish the event unless you to spend money. The positive things the game implements don't seem to stick around a lot of times.

I have had this game for several years and go back to it once in a while, but this last time broke me. The challenge levels that break your streak (and you can't skip them) and you lose your streak items. And toss happened a couple of times over the past few weeks, but apps were getting installed while playing this have, WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. The first time I thought it was an accident but it just happened again, and that is crossing a major line and I'm done forever.
