It's OK, but doesn't seem to be able to display the forecast correctly. Got push message on phone saying forecast had been upgraded to extreme. Opened app, still says high. Checked website on browser, it says extreme. So data being pushed to app is incorrect (tried multiple times since then, app still just says high).

Really helps me manage my allergies and great to be able to contribute to research in helping others manage their asthma and allergies. I've used the Sydney and Melbourne apps as well and the apps and data have come a long way. Great to see the allergy season extended and a break down of allergens. Keep up the great work!

Good service, nice concept, could be improved. I'm not sure the 'score out of 5' is the best way to collect health data. Perhaps adding more information on allergens as not everyone is as sensitive or allergic to the same ones

A great app with notifications to tell you how the pollen levels are especially when they are high/extreme. Really good info on certain trees/ shrubs and their pollen. I like doing the survey daily to record how I'm feeling. Highly recommend using.

Today I got a warning that pollen in some parts of Canberra may be extreme, but it went away and couldn't be retrieved. It should be possible to retrieve warnings like this! Now I don't know what areas were affected. PS I got an upgraded prediction warning again, and clicked OK for details, but all it told me was that the prediction for Canberra was "extreme". The message implied more details but there was no clarification of the message.

Great info provided, and I like that I can contribute (in a tiny way) to air quality and asthma research through my survey responses. Still a bit clunky to use, but heaps better than when I first got the app in 2016.

Canberras spring pollens begin late august early September. Need info earlier than October. Wattles and fruit blossoms are in full bloom by early September. All of allergy sufferers are well and truly sick by October rendering this app useless to us. The idea is good though. Bring the season forward and I'll reinstall. Cheers.

Since they updated the app it doesn't work anymore. When I open it it immediately crashes. This is the only app on my phone that does this. Shame.
