Application crashes everytine when i try to make payment. This was reported to Rajpath admin office 6 months back also, but somehow they arent resolving it. Even the movie booking section is also poorly built. The management needs to seriously take up the matter of this application improvement.

We booked 2 seats for 4th Nov 3 pm show and had authorised the system on RAJPATH app to debit our account. When we went to see the movie, we were told that we had no booking. The app should be such that it should generate a ticket automatically once the member authorises to debit the account like in the case of an airline ticket. Why should there be any need for down loading the ticket.? You also say that tickets once purchased are non refundable and cannot be cancelled. But the irony of the whole thing was that there were 2 seats vacant and the concerned member confirmed to the staff over the phone that they were not coming, still we were not allowed to see the movie. We contacted Mr. Mukesh Shukla who is supposed to be the in charge. We pleaded with him that since 2 seats were vacant and member had confirmed over the phone to their staff that they were not coming, still he vehemently told us no he could not allow us. I told him that I am a senior citizen and had done my booking but some how something went wrong and my booking was not confirmed by the club. It is a very ridiculous app that the club cannot take any other member despite vacant seats in the hall but the bookings were for the full house. In such a situation the club should be able to cancel the booking of a member who is not coming (after confirming on phone) and rebook the member who is waiting on standby. This needs to be looked into by the club Management. Also the App needs to be more simplified for booking. It should be like an airline booking. Once the member authorises to debit his/her account, the ticket should automatically be generated without the need to press any more buttons. Kindly look into it. Kind regards, Ovinder Kapoor

Movie ticket is not easygoing book all time error shows It shows IT COMPANYS ABILITIES TO MAKE APPLICATIONS Kindly Make it more easy. Always book seat then comes errors and have to do it again and west of booking those seat.next time when we recently open our last seats shows booked.so club is going loss of those seats without booking

Each and every time I tried to pay it crashes or failed payment, no one is bother for app issues, pathetic approach of one of the biggest club management
