Voting and Karma:
Instead of likes and hearts, Reddit’s social network runs on upvotes or downvotes. Voting on posts and comments increase or decrease the creator’s karma, and helps popular and relevant posts rise to the top, while filtering out low-quality or irrelevant posts.
While karma doesn't directly impact your ability to use Reddit, more karma can increase posts’ visibility and help you get noticed. Some communities require karma to post or comment, which helps maintain content quality and community standards.

Join the largest social media platform and discover everything that piques your interest!

Reddit Premium:
Purchase Reddit Premium to enjoy an ads-free experience and access to premium avatar gear, r/lounge, custom app icons, and more.

Payment will be charged on a recurring monthly or annual basis to your Google Play account. Your monthly or annual Premium subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before your subscription ends. Cancel anytime in your device’s Account Settings. No partial refunds.

Pick a layout and stick with it. First you change the placement to download images, such that it's in a more inconvenient spot, especially when downloading multiple images. Then after my muscle memory gets used to this, you change it's placement, which now puts the "hide" button where it used to be, which is the opposite of what I want. It was fine in the top right corner, pick a layout and stick with it Also, how many time do I have to make it clear, I don't like ads about AI. Please stop.

Really glitchy. I am on Android on a really good phone, updated, Reddit is updated, all that good stuff. But I frequently can not make posts with pictures, share posts with pictures, make posts with multiple pictures, or comment on people's posts with pictures. It's hit and miss. Sometimes it works, mostly it doesn't. I've reported it with no response or help. Would be great otherwise.

There doesn't seem to be very many stories or information that I happen to be interested in on the app. I prefer a more local page. Where I can relate more to the people places and thingI' .Many facts don't seem to be correct to me. Many story's are repeats from other forums I have seen. Some items are changed. For instance. Showing pictures of different people but the same stories begining and ending as I've seen in other apps. I'm sorry I am particular and favor other websites or apps over

I have no idea what images are part of a post and what aren't anymore. Double tap to like is an abomination and should be an option to turn off. The screen stays on if you are looking at the comments on a video. Clicking the thumbnail of a post is inconsistent with how it opens. The clicking on a username issue has finally been resolved! Borderline unusable. Everything takes minutes to load except ads. Ads are every other post and comment. Any customization features are constantly reset and lacking. There's so many irrelevant ads. The interface changes shade of blue grey randomly. Sharing posts to iOS only sends them to the subreddit not the post. Videos - 1 second of play, then 45 seconds of buffering. If it plays at all. This app is so slow. I can click on an image, get up and take a piss and come back. Nothing loaded.

Cant downvote last comment because of the down arrow. You need a shake to report issue feature. Why can't you zoom in on videos yet? Too many ads. Overall, just a terrible design. If you are going to cut off RIF, at least attempt to be almost as good. Extremely frustrating to sort or filter what I see. it's a bad way to see your saved subreddits in one feed. I want to see top, new, popular, and filter specific time frames such as ALL or in the last week, for just the subs I follow. Do better....

Reddit sync was much better, this app is slow and the layout both looks terrible and is ergonomically uncomfortable to use. I miss the sync app, it was better than this in more ways than I can fit in 500 characters. I don't understand why every tech company has to ruin their products like this. This app is trash, bring back sync. Edit: it's still trash, bring back 3rd party support

Very little functionality, clunky user interface, and resets my feed regularly whether I close the app or not. I can't reliably scroll more than a couple of pages before it resets right before my eyes. I would use a third party app but Reddit won't allow that. The one positive is that I'm spending much less time on reddit theses days because of how bad the app is.
