It's been two days and I am still stuck on the verification process. I've absolutely no idea what makes it take so long. I registered on workday. There's also no statement at all informing us how long we have to wait for this verification to finish, or whether we passed this process or not. I think it's gonna be quicker waiting for my illness to heal by itself, honestly...

The verification session takes a very long time. Please optimize it better because for a big hospital in Indonesia, this is very bad.

Even I'm using book for appointment on the exact date and time on 2pm-3pm.. You can't get the appointment when u come to the hospital 30 min before the appointment, coz they said , morning only for the children patient..(but why I can book on that time) Unuseful online booking.

Please improve your app, you know what your problem is. :( don't push us to do via app but all the things are not ready to go. At least you should keep updating.

Very very useful. Unfortunately when asking for updating its apllication, in playstore you can only uninstall or open the application. Please update the application in playstore first before asking users to update the application.
