Features:
• Calculate time, distance and race paces
• Calculate your current training paces
• Calculate and compare the equivalent performances of a race result at other distances
• Calculate the effect of temperature or altitude on training and race paces
What's Your VDOT?
VDOT is a measure of your current running ability. It assigns a score to all running performances, let's you determine your current training paces, and equates a race time in one distance to another. For instance, you can compare your VDOT score from a recent 5k result to a friend's score who just ran a half marathon. Who won?
What VDOT Level Have You Reached?
Input a race result or estimated performance and learn what score it reaches on the VDOT scale. Enter all your past performances to see which race result scores the highest. There are 10 levels starting at Beginner - White (Female: 34.3, Male: 36.8) all the way up to Professional - Gold (Female: 71, Male: 80).

Good overall, but don't change phones if you get premium. I had the premium option but when I got my new phone the button to restore purchase isnt actually a button. It looks like one but you can click all you want and nothing happens. While the app isn't very expensive, it's extremely annoying that I will have to purchase again. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app a few times as well to see if it was a glitch but the "button" is just words on a screen and nothing else

Very Nice app, really nice!!! But i would definitely love to put the weight and hight there, that the caclulator would give me more precision on Vdoto2 and training paces. Also consider adding and resting heart rate. All these are crucial for giving as precise as possible Vdoto2 pace. Can you tell me please why you don't have considered putting those metrics in the app? Also would like to have a range for the pace, it's not possible from gps watches to have a stable pace, for instance as you have done for the easy run (that has a range) i'd like to have a range and for the other paces. Thank you, I like a lot the app great job

Please get rid of the scrolling dial type input for race time. It's needlessly time consuming. Replace with text boxes. Also, the app should remember the time you input last time you used the app. Currently I can get more functionality on a website then with this app.

Evrything is good at the app, but one think that I didn't find is the time in hours it's only limited in 9 hours so for e.g if I want to calculate a pace for a 100 miles race and the limit in hour is 9 hours this will be something unreal to do and maintain this pace for ofer a 100 miles. I hope you understand what I said and you will fixw this problem

Great tool for planning advanced training cycles and race prediction. Equivalent race efforts tend to hold fairly close with optimal distance-specific training and roughly equivalent weather/course conditions. Marathon predictions may be slightly optimistic, however, they are quite good with high quality training.

Not very useful as it only gives training paces for 200m and 400m... The website has paces for up to a mile. Downloaded the sister app which has all and more. That one is great.
