First of all there is not any updates from August 2023 in this app. User data stability issue, you will not know when you will lost all your mining data. I have lost all my mining data after accumulating coins for a month and app seems like you guys have stopped maintaining it.

I recently gave my device a factory reset and upon re logging in, I discovered my mining credits were all lost and was started at 62 coins out of 480plus I had accumulated and your admin is unpleasantly and arrogantly unhelpful putting the technological error on my shoulders. I am highly devastated coming from a very poor background.

I am highly suspicious that the Starcoin Starnet mining app is a scam. After spending considerable time mining, I discovered that there is no wallet available for transferring the mined coins, which raises major red flags about the app's legitimacy. Additionally, the app lacks a proper KYC (Know Your Customer) process, which is a standard procedure for legitimate mining ecosystem.
