My cart keeps clearing out. I'm trying to place a large order and Sephora allows for 90 items max in your cart. Since I have so many items in my cart, I've been taking my time reviewing it to make sure I don't have duplicates which takes a lot of time and then eventually after about a few hours, my entire cart gets cleared. Happened twice within the past day and it's so frustrating trying to hunt down all 90 items again. I saved them in my loves as well, but that's also getting cleared.

I absolutely adore Sephora. It is one of my favorite places to shop at and I end up spending all my money there. The problem is the app is very glitchy. For one I wish they would fix the filter function when reading reviews. I can't search reviews by shades now and all the other search categories glitch out on me. I find that Sephora is a great store, but for how popular it's gotten the app should be more innovative/smooth for users.

Okay, so im constantly running into the issue of products that are being promoted or showing up in searches that aren't actually available. Not out of stock, as in Sephora no longer carries. And then there is the issue of needing to sign in again while trying to check out, even though I am already signed in. But this is an endless loop, and doesn't actually let me check out. Leading me to lose out on limited in app products, promotions, and etc, because I'll need to use the browser.

Can't login. Can't reset my PW through the app. Keep getting the same error message. I contacted customer service through the app chat. After their rep insisted that I must be repeatedly clicking the link to set up a new account instead of resetting the PW (I wasn't 😕), they said they sent multiple emails to reset my password which never arrived. It really should not be this hard to make a purchase (and with Ulta, I never have these kinds of problems).

The app is so buggy, I just use the website. One really annoying bug is if you're on a product detail screen and you click another variant, you cannot go back to the first variant. You need to back out and then go back in. It's awful. This is a very obvious bug that if their QA or devs tried to use that screen they'd see it. I'm assuming they have no devs that use the android app. This app seems neglected.

This app is way too glitchy. Only about 10% of the items I tried to click on would actually add to cart. It says "error result is null" or "sorry we can't process your transaction at this time" when I try to add products to my cart. Thanks for creating a sale only on your app so only the lucky few who the app works for can take advantage of it. Kinda mad. 🤬

It is always a frustrating experience with the Sephora Visa Card. You have to log into card services - payment from this app. No matter what I do, every month I have to reset my password. User name isn't correct, even though when I ask for it it gives me same one I was trying to use. Resetting the password using the same one I was trying to log in with. EVERY MONTH I have to reset just to get in and pay. 5 stars for the shopping experience though, never had an issue with that part.

Only giving 1 star for now because I can't even check out to make a purchase anymore. A pop up opens saying I need to sign in, but I already am signed in, and so I sign in again, and nothing happens... leading me to an endless loop of sign ins and not being able to check out. The app has worked great for me for years up until a recent update they pushed, so hopefully it gets resolved quickly.
