The app is worse. I'm alerting everyone who are upto buy premium package of the app, don't invest your money, it's total waste of time. You won't get any quality matches according to your preferences. I'm facing the same issue, and when I tried reaching out to customer care, they just told me to broaden up my preference or wait till eternity. So investing money in the app is totally useless and waste of money. Instead you will get better matches and suggestions on any free and cheap dating apps.

Invites can to be viewed one by one, you can't go to the next unless you decide. Many don't know it can be changed by an option in top right corner disabling card view. As a result most people accept profile. Messages repeat creating confusion, messages disappear on membership renewal and notifications keeps popping up even when the message is read. They create parameter, upload fake info & then don't remove it. While searching profile, despite putting filters, unnecessary profiles come up.

I had been using this ap from the last year Everything was smooth. Now when my subscription is expired I updated my app and now my payments are cancelled. I have checked with my bank too but no problem from their end bcz used other credit and debit cards too. I went for help chat in app. Folloed same procedure which was told, but no solution. What should I do now? I think there's some problem with application system.

Everything is fine, but this new tinder type feature is very annoying and hampering the user experience. This make us to go back to the previous prospect when you going to next next profile. Please move back to pervious way or give option to switch between them

App is good but there is something wrong with the call tab. When you want to check the timing and mobile number, it starts dialling automatically and does not even disconnect and keeps dialling. You must correct this as I lost one acceptance due to this terrible issue.

worst experience. even after taking a premium membership they just keep calling for more bigger plans. Also the problems you said aren't really solved. Just a time pass app where you won't found your match. It disappointed me a lot where my money is wasted with zero benefits.

Pathetic. Just an app that's want to loot money and nothing else. I got multiple accepts from various accounts and as soon as I got accepts those profile were shown to be deleted. First I believed it thinking maybe the girl found someone but it happens almost with every profile that's non premium and we both accept. I have screenshots too. Terrible experience.

I started a premium subscription to access messaging and contact features, but it hasn’t been helpful. I keep seeing the same matches in my feed, even though I'm not interested in them, and there are no new matches, even after waiting for weeks. Despite sending numerous invites and messages to matches, most haven’t even read them or responded. I’m not getting any engagement or response with the premium subscription. they said profile will go on top with premium membership that's also not true.
