Hello, I just purchased the pro version of this app to save 2 mp4 files. The preview looked good, so I decided to upgrade and save the files. The only problem is that every time I save, I can't find them in my gallery. I've also checked every folder in my phone, but found nothing. Did I paid for a scam? I do hope I get and answer from you.

Perfectly fine for repairing corrupted MP4 files resulting from a dead battery during a recording. Gave it 3 stars because to save the repaired file you need to buy it. But 5.99 for saving one video is too much. But the program worked fine and I could preview everything without an issue. I'm sure I can also repair it on my PC at home later. If not I'll come crawling back :)..... I came crawling back and changed my review to 5 stars. It is the only program that could repair the file in the end :)

I downloaded this app because I needed to obtain video footage to a corrupted file on my phone (which happened due to lack of space). For this app, you need to not only have the corrupted file, but also an un-corrupted one for it to pull necessary data from. It managed to repair my corrupted video without issue, thankfully. But unfortunately, this was too good to be true though, as it then asks you to pay £2.99 for their "premium" which then allows you to download the repaired file you want. :/

I don't usually write reviews but this app worked 100%. I recorded a video and none of my players were playing it. Not MX player, VLC player etc so I thought it's probably corrupted (I did run out of space and then the recording stopped). So I searched corrupted video repair and this app came up. I followed the instructions and it managed to fully restore a video which was over 10 minutes long (~3.9gb). I would highly recommend that you try it and hopefully it works for you as it did for me.

Time and again I've filmed something on my phone, stopped recording, and then opened the Photos app only to see "Can't play video". If you're like me and forget to make space on your phone sometimes before recording, you likely have a ton of corrupted video files. This app works. Every, single, one of those files I have now recovered, and it'd be no exaggeration to say this app was worth every penny. There's a preview before you buy so you can see for yourself it worked. Deserves 10 stars.

This program worked perfectly to recover a video on my brother's Samsung Android phone! He was recording a video of his German Shepherd when she accidentally knocked the phone out of his hand, and the video playback didn't work (the phone saved and named the file temp_video without any file extension). Thanks to MP4Fix and its developers, we were able to recover the entire 50-second video clip (including synced audio) after pointing the program to a working MP4 video recorded on his phone!

Garbage. A tease. Fixes audio but can't see video. Don't tell me to use another video as a reference or another video player. I did. Even your player in the app only played the audio. Then it says video is saved, I go to the location which is some android data folder and even with show hidden files turned on... nothing! Their FAQ addresses my first issue but their solutions, mentioned above don't work. The 2nd issue is not addressed. Requested refund via Google. What a tease
