Came into a new issue with my Pixel 7 running Android 15. When I attempt to upload a video, the screen goes white and a spinning circle appears and the video never uploads. But what makes this a one-star review is that after this happens, it bricks my Internet in every other app. Doesn't matter if I'm on WiFi or network, I can't load anything in any app until I force quit 23 Snaps and restart my phone. Very bizarre. Would really like this fixed please!

Well designed app. Easy enough to use and share so far, but they need an option other than $4 a month for premium. If an app is worth it, I'll usually get an annual subscription, but I won't be adding a simple phone app to my monthly budget. I'll live without. 1 star lost. Otherwise, it is more private than FB or IG and easy enough to convince family to install. Still testing before I do, though.

I would have abandoned this app long ago if my iPhone toting family wasn't using it. It has been glitchy at best and I haven't been able to upload videos in over a month. I'm done paying for your subscription version if you won't update for Android users, possibly uninstalling altogether. I've updated, uninstalled and reinstalled and still I can't share videos of my kids with their extended family. Please get it together so I don't have to move apps!

I used to love the app. It was always a little glitchy but was a great way to share pics and videos with family. Now it often freezes when I try to upload pictures. Uploading videos has barely worked for months and for the last few weeks it hasn't worked at all. I'm paying for something I can't use anymore.

Updated review: The Android version of this app is useless. Have the developers abandoned Android? It would understandable if the issue was short term, but this has been a problem for a year or longer now. My review from 1 year ago:Barely works, but I still get charged. I moved from iOS to Android and let's just say the Android app isn't getting the same kind of love.

Echoing the review that says not only can I not upload videos, but trying to renders my phone's Internet useless and I have to restart the phone. Thanks to this review, I just connected the dots as to why I kept having internet issues all of a sudden. Super frustrating.

Worst app ever. Have always been able to enjoy photos of my great grandchildren. Suddenly shut out. My granddaughter has reinvite me to no avail. Site refuses to let me log in. Never had to do so before. No response from customer service or support.

We've trusted 23 snaps to protect our family photos for about 7 years now. It's great. There are sometimes bugs with the upload but they get fixed and it all works well again.
