No longer working on phone and TV. Get pop up message saying "Oops! Your screen is located outside the satellite footprint." Pity, because it's been good up until the last day or two. My subscription renewal is due in a few days, but of course I won't be renewing unless this is fixed. Edit.. Support suggested that I activate the VPN option in my profile settings. This did not work. No more pop up but none of the channels open. This on phone and TV.

App has stopped working on my Google Chrome tv, can only get live tv on my phone, and playback does work at all, the main reason i subscribe is to be able to watch playback, I have sent a few emails but no reply. I have used tvmucho for 4 years and since changing to teeveeing it doesn't work alot of the time and now it doesn't work at all. For €17.99 a month it's not on!!! And emails sent to support are bouncing back to me

As many have noted the constant buffering makes TeeVeeing unusable. Not one of the company responses suggests a solution. Suggesting sending an email to support is not an answer. The problem is clear - constant buffering. I very much enjoyed TV Mucho. I had no buffering issues with their app. My Internet is fibre optic and is super high speed. TeeVeeing have a big problem and will be losing customers, including me. Update: I have cancelled my membership. May reinstate if buffering issue solved

I live in Bulgaria and I have recordings marked as expiring soon yet again! I've paid for Later 100. This has happened before and the recordings were lost. I had no response from customer service at all. Why the hell is it happening again? It is 3 episodes of Coronation Street 1 Car S.O.S and 1 For The Love of Dogs. My other recordings are fine. I work away & dont have time to watch straight away which is why I pay extra for Later 100. Your service is expensive & not fit for purpose. AVOID!!

If it's not buffering then it dis connects. It's pretty useless, unable to watch anything without these issues happening. I've wasted my money. Update: It is still un- watchable thinking about loosing this app completely and get a box so im able to watch programs without buffering interruptions. If I could give no stars I would at this time.

Was working perfectly, then I couldn't get tv guide and was told by your customer service to delete the app and re install. Now all i have is a black screen . We have paid for a year subscription, not even had it a month yet and now only a black screen

it's a good app and you can watch TV. but the big problem is when you record a program to avoid the ads you can never fast forward .i don't want to be looking at ads .fix this problem then it would be a great app.

TV mucho was much better and worked... here I can't even get to the page that I can pay and finally watch TV again.... it's a bug... everytime ye click on the confirmation ye come back to that very page but it's not loading
