It's very convoluted and never loads. Worst app and experience with any program I've ever used. If you can finally get it going and view the gym list to see if it's even worth it for you then it's fine cause you don't ever have to use the app. Screenshot your card to provide to gyms or you will regret it. The app is garbage but the actual service of being able to go to multiple gyms is awesome. If only they had a somewhat decent app it would be great, too bad tho.

I have to log in, send, receive, then enter a 2FA code every time I try to use this app. I've selected "Remember me" every time, but it still signs me out shortly after closing the app. Looking at previous reviews, this has been a known issue for at least 2 years and still hasn't been fixed. It also often freezes and forces you to sign in again immediately after entering the 2FA code. Very frustrating.

Doesn't work. I click login and get "oops, something went wrong. Please try again". I tried rebooting, I tried waiting a day. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and always the same. Nothing works. Update 5/23/22: login fixed, BUT logs out due to inactivity the next time I use it a few days later. Makes me go thru verification text each time. Then is painfully slow to finish logging in. I just want to find a local gym when I travel. Why is this app acting more secure than my bank app?

Constant errors and app closing unexpectedly. Does not show fitness studios near me - only gyms. I chose a digital membership with studio pass. I also cannot view my membership card on the app. There are many, many bugs that need to be fixed. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I'll most likely be cancelling my membership through BCBS/employer. This app was released with too many kinks/bugs to work out.

Everything I try to open the app I have to log in and have a 2nd verification code sent via email, quite annoying. The map doesn't work properly. Cannot zoom in or move it around to look for gyms/studios It would be much better if I could access all the digital content (les mills) in the app, but it seems I can only use the actual website to get to this content. Basically, I see no purpose for this app as the lack of functionality forces me to use the actual website.

Somehow logging into this app requires higher security clearance than my freaking banking and credit card apps??? I have to login to my email and verify my Well Ontarget app everytime I want to use it. Makes absolutely no sense. In classic Blue Cross Blue shield fashion they put out a pisspoor product that's so unwieldy to use that you don't even bother

App could be really useful, but having to 2FA (with code having to be emailed) every single time you log in kills it. No option to remember device, no option for code via text, no biometric/fingerprint login option. Like others have said, why is this app more secure than my banking apps? I finally just took a screenshot of my membership card so I don't have to open the app to scan it when I go to the gym. Fix 2FA and it'd be a good app.

Edit: feature is fixed so now I'm much happier with the app. Only thing that's annoying about the program is that both gyms I tried aren't very aware the program or know how to do the setup. Once we figure it out it's great to have access to multiple gyms. Old review: Works once you set GPS access to always NOT just when using app. May need to clear storage and cache in settings to get it to work after. Still dumb that it has that issue, especially without any notification of that fact.
