Very easy to lose progress of surveys. If you accidentally go back, or turn off the app, expect to lose your survey with no way to retrieve it. The app also relies on a vauge point system to redeem money. You need a certain number of "points" and there's no guarantee that you'll have enough surveys to reach that number of points. Did 6 surveys in a row - none of which added any points to my account. Very suspicious, unclear and dishonest business model.

I have to try multiple times to log in because it keeps throwing a "General error occurred." This has happened multiple times so it's not just on a rare occasion. Luckily, after multiple tries I am usually still able to log back in. Also, sometimes I'm halfway through a survey(after passing the profile check questions and am answering the actual survey questions already) where I click the next>> button and I suddenly get thrown out with a "Survey is full" error and I don't get any points

it was a trouble to first create an account, after 1 day got logged out and i tried to reset my password but they never sent the email for the reset. tried to create an alt account but it always gives an error. just did a test and no matter whaf is entered all emails are apparently saved in their database even ones that do not exist

I think this is the end for me. Theres more terrible surveys that only says error at the end after you completed it. So you don't get any points at all. Outbox surveys are the worst, have had it happen to me 3 times. And those are all pretty long surveys. Nielson has one that keeps asking you to toggle your phone's layout halfway, when your screen layout was not even locked in the first place! So after you completed about 50% of the survey suddenly you can't proceed because of this dumb as hell catch 22. Thank God I'm not a serious survey taker because this wasted so much of my time. Honestly if you could sign up for swagbucks do that instead of this time waster. Surveys are full of errors and it's a miracle if you could even get to the end.

Had many horrible experiences with them. They always pay late. Everytime it takes them 3 to 4 weeks to pay. Other survey apps pay instantly. Wouldn't recommend this app at all. Horrible customer service. They reply with copy & paste answers. The surveys many times don't bring you back to homepage & don't credit you for your time & efforts. Toluna does nothing about it also. Unlike other apps when you reach out to them, they credit you. Not toluna.

The app is good and I had widthrawn from it before. The problems are, the payment was delayed, and it supposed to took 3 weeks, which I found inconvenient for ₱250/$4.something. I also find it nonsense to make a daily spin, when it's obvious that you'd automatically only received 1 win spin per month; so I hope it'll be change so that feature wouldn't have to look foolish for both user & developer. I'll keep using it anyway.

it's an app with great surveys, although you get rejected when you try to take some of them. Also, they are very slow in crediting your PayPal with your reward as you have to wait for ell over a week. At least that has been my experience. Good app overall, though. Update 1: You say you would appreciate my 5 star rating but do not proffer an explanation for why you take 3 weeks to a month to credit out PayPal while other survey apps I have used in the past do so in a matter of minutes.

Toluna is not a toluna anymore, They changed and my payment is still pending for almost 1 month and 1 week, usually they pay you for Almost 1-3weeks, but now this is unreasonable, I try to connect the support but it's useless. They can solved you problem. My Friend also encountered this. I don't know if toluna is still legit. Because of the delayed of the payment and also they gave it back my payment last month. So a total of 2months of wasting my time.
