I love tonal.. I'm so impressed with everything about it. the only bummer is how expensive it is with the monthly charge, but in a few more years it will be less costly then a gym membership and it is more convenient, but you have to use it.

Do I love my Tonal? Yes, absolutely. Do I love the Tonal app? Nope. Does anyone else have issues with the app crashing constantly during your workout? I love the idea of the form feedback and I like being able to visually check my form but I have to interrupt my workout multiple times to restart the Tonal app on my phone if I want to keep Smart View up. It's infuriating!! Also, please integrate with Spotify and other music streaming apps!

I end up paying about $90 per workout. Their pricing is a total scam, and I regret purchasing Tonal. They could be ethical and provide a discount (or free month) if you're traveling and can't use it, but it's all about the bottom line for these greedy folks. .. Edit: a year later and I still can't pause my membership easily. Hate this company.

Great workout equipment and training programs! I appreciate the low impact alternates, but I would suggest that alternates be given for all things weighted knee bending. For those dealing with (Bi lateral) Patella Chondromalacia or (arthritis) of the knees. All of the lower body exercises require weighted (whether external or body) squats/knee bending. Please consider alternates or programs that provide the same benefit for persons with this issue as those catered to persons without. Thank you!

Horrible company. I bought my Tonal for enjoyment and turned into my worst nightmare. My Tonal came with manufacturing issues in the right arm. They replaced the brand new one (40 days after purchased), paid $4k, with a refurbished one with problems as well. I am still waiting for them to fix the refurbished unit. 2 months waiting. You paid a brand new one, and you ended up with a refurbished unit. Think twice in your investment. Be aware that the customer service is rude and really bad.

It's a nice app to keep track of your progress. Would give 5 stars but it only allows people to connect to Apple music which I do not use. I'd like to be able to connect Spotify to my programs. And there's no real community. It wants you to connect through your friends list in Facebook. Obviously if I had friends with a Tonal I wouldn't need to connect with them. It should allow to connect with other users.

This app is good. Only issue I have is the total time on the tonal doesn't match up with what I actually did. I probably have around 16 hours but it says I have 13 hours and 50 minutes. Did a workout this morning the time when up by 5 minutes but then somehow the total shows 13 hours and 20 minutes. Again love the app and the system but if that could be fixed that would great.

I hope I never have to go another day without Tonal. I've had a Tonal for over 2 yrs and there isn't a day it goes unused. From strength training to recovery and mobility, Tonal has every aspect of strength and wellness covered in the convenience of your home. Since owning Tonal I haven't had to see a physical therapist for a single injury. Not only is Tonal great for fitness but Tonal has one of the best designed UIs out there. It's user friendly and easily discoverable. Get one! You'll love it
