I have a membership with TruFit but activation email from the app never arrives. I did receive the agreement PDF on the email, so they have a correct email on file for me. This means this app is trash.

App complete trash!! The facility is good. Staff are mostly polite, but the app is complete trash. Regardless of membership level, you can never sign up for courses on it. I have the highest membership and only go to one specific trufit. Never have been able to sign up for class online. I can when I call the facility or when I walk in, but not on the app. Whomever owns these facilities consider hiring better Devops staff!

Unfortunately, like others have said, this app is completely useless both on iPhone and Android. I have never been able to sign in and am always met with a "no network connection" error no matter how many times I try to resend the invite email (which I never got to begin with) and gain access to my account. The gym is great, but the lack of a digital key card is frustrating!

I love the experience here and they have everything you need. If you like dancing their is a dancing class wich I love all the coaches especially SanJuanita Olivera, she has helped me lose 6+ lbs in one week. She makes the classes super fun and if you don't like dancing their is so many other type of classes. I love that you can book the classes on the app and you don't have to do it when you're there since i would always forget.

I love being able to log my food, althoigh I struggle to enter it all. I'd really like to be able to record my daily workouts, even on days when I'm not working with my trainer. This is the main drawback with this app.

What was the point in changing apps if your just gonna make a shittier one, reset password doesent work and neither does the login info in the old app.
