Tried to log into the app to reinstate my membership, but the app doesn't work, keeps crashing. I go to the website to do it, and cannot find a place to log in to reinstate. You make it so difficult to do basic membership changes. It's obvious you want to make it hard so people don't cancel, but I'm trying to reinstate and can't even do that either! Very frustrating.

This is a great app, when it works. I pay for the digital subscription through Apple to use on an iPad, but every month on the day that our credit card is charged again, the app on my Android phone shows I have no subscription even though I'm logged in. Meanwhile it still works on the iPad. Hydrow support keeps telling me they don't have any control or tech support for app issues and I have to contact the play store??? Now I have to call Hydrow every month to get it working on the Android.

Excellent Coaches, but the app itself is overpriced and lacks features vs competitors. $20/month is a bit steep for just videos. They should at least show time remaining on the videos. Integration with a concept 2 rower would be nice as well. They also need more videos. Example, I prefer a 30 minute workout. There were only 2 30 minute Drive videos released in the month of December during my trial period.

As a standalone app to view hydro progress at any time this is a great tool and a great app. It was easy to find other folks I know who are using Hydro. My disappointment is that the only other app that it syncs with is Strava. I've got MyFitnessPal, Samsung health, and Google fit to hodge-podge my watch, scale, health monitoring devices and calorie counter together. I didn't want to add another app just so I can see my progress in a single app. Hoping for more compatibility to come.

Is there a way to remove an update and go back to the previous version? I can't stand the new music or music feature. Now a huge pop up keeps coming up in the top center of the screen just to announce the new song that is playing. Even when I turn off the music it still pops up. Totally ruins that meditation like workout. I haven't been able to use this app anymore because I just get super frustrated while working out instead of feeling good. Used to love this app now I have to find alternative.

New version has big banners for each song. It also messed with using Spotify in the background. The old app if you selected no music but still had the instructors audio, you could play Spotify but no more. Also captions seem to be a thing of the past. This has basically made the app near useless to me as I hate having other people pick the music. I just want the workout.

The app itself is okay. The issue is poor customer service. They service reps don't look at the overall tickets and just try to get the ticket closed verses fixing the issue. I recommend avoiding subscription base exercise equipment. Just spend the money for a solid rowing machine and watch videos online if you want an instructor. Very disappointed.

This is for the hydrow rower experience, in addition to the app. My rower came three days ago and so far I'm loving it. The coaches are helpful and motivating without being super annoying. My only complaint-it should integrate with Fitbit or Google Fit for heart sensor and rowing stats, which are available for most Android watches. Now I start a fitbit rowing session on my watch when I start rowing but there's no single place to see rowing stats + heart rate. Other than that, loving it!
