This app is the reason why I'm done with Just Dance as a series. I'll not spend a single penny more on it. They should recategorise this as a gambling app, because whether you can connect to the game at any given moment is pure luck. Every time I play I have to enter a code. Every. Single. Time. About half the times it will just disconnect during the code entry over and over until I give up and do something else. It's hard to imagine a worse app that isn't just a button that does nothing.

It was working fine when I got it, but now it won't connect to the same wifi , says there's a pairing issue and I've tried hundreds of times to connect it to the same wifi but It literally won't work. I've done everything I could. So ubisoft please fix this now (could you also please make the maps in 2024 edition camera controlled)

Used to be able to connect to my phone, used to cut out sometimes .. but now Won't connect to the phone at all. Can't play the game with the phone. I tried to uninstall, reinstall, force stop and all that but hasn't worked. Please fix.

Says that you need Android version 9 and up in the description. I have Android 14 on my phone, but this daft app says my phone is not compatible. First version of the game I've owned since 2021 when the process of playing was much easier with the PS4 camera. Just Dance 2025 is unplayable without the app, but around 5 weeks after release of the game the app is impossible to install.

App works Great! the Switch's Joycon (I have that version) score more than the app. Wish that if the app is closed, the game would detect missing controller like the Switch joycons. Just be sure not to drop your phone into your TV or you'll not be able to use the app or the game itself. Also some points I get OK than PERFECT. Am I holding my incorrectly?

It would be great to have this app working but unfortunately it's currently impossible to play with it. It disconnects every 3 minutes, in the middle of dancing a song :(

Only one time I could use the app, now is saying all the time that I need to connect the phone and the co sole Xbox to the same wifi, but they are connected....and I payed also the game and now the kids can't use it.....

Was working fine, got to use the camera feature for a couple days(which was amazing), but now for the past week it won't connect on the same wifi, new modem and router. All our phones won't connect, and my husband has a brand new phone. Feel like we should be reimbursed for time lost or get a refund to buy it on the switch, where you don't need a camera controller.
