I have an issue with the swipe gesture detection when trying to do a stunt. The game isn't recognizing my finger gestures very well and often causes a stunt not to happen at all, or the wrong stunt happens. This makes it frustrating to play. The gesture detection in Riptide GP 2 worked much better in my experience, so it's odd that it's broken in this game.

Amazing arcade racer. Gameplay is solid and runs smooth on my mid range phone. This game has more than enough content and features (multiple difficulty settings, gamepad support, online multiplayer, achievement support, stats & leaderboards, etc) to justify the price of $3 with no ads and no additional microtransactions.

Game I used to play on my kindle fire tablet. Came back 5 years later, and it's just as challenging and fun as before. Amazing graphics for a lower budget mobile game from 2026. Great storyline as well. The game is arcade-like in that there are only 10 or so maps to race on (which somehow doesnt get boring), and the way you pull off tricks helps that feeling as well. Overall 10/10 Note to devs: The firewater elimination level at the end of "The Veteran" quest is WAY too difficult.

For a mobile racing game I am blown away. To start, there aren't any ads or micro transactions. You buy it, and that's it. It has a solid story that doesn't get in the way of any of the actual racing. The game play is unique, and challenging if you wish it to be so. The graphics are great, and it runs well. My only complaint is that sometimes it doesn't register the trick you meant to do properly, but that may just be user error. I highly recommend. Fantastic game :)

This is probably the best game (+ Riptide 2) I've played both on mobile Android and also Android TV (Nvidia Shield). I've purchased it so many years ago, played it again recently (local split-screen for two players on Shield) and it is still spectacular. It didn't age at all, the graphics are spectacular (it looks better than most recent games), the gameplay is fantastic, the controls are superb. I wish more people would know about this gem of a game and make the leapt to purchase it.

Haven't played a lot yet, but there are some things I like right off the bat. It has a story, even if it's not super in depth. I like racing games to have a story. Second, once you buy it, you own it. No ads, no microtransactions, no unnecessary permissions so the developer can data mine you. I love that and wish more developers would return to paid Android games.

Ive played all the games in the series and Renegade is by far the best. The cloud save feature allows for me to play on my phone and pick up on my Nvidia Shield Console on the big screen in Ultra. Both the graphics and gameplay are incredible. I've never had any issues in those departments. My biggest gripe is remembering all the tricks since they are essential for winning but I'll chalk that up to terrible short term memory. I really wish we had more "pay once" games these days. No micro trans.

Wow, this is a great game. The graphics are amazing. I have graphics on maximum resolution and it still runs perfectly on my Pixel 3. The hydrojets, characters, and racecourses look awesome, and the physics are superb. The plot isn't that bad either. I really enjoy online play, especially the fact that I can race against my friends. The lack of ads and in-app purchases took me by surprise, but the fact that they aren't constantly trying to leech money out of you makes it so much better. 10/5.
