Honestly, this app doesn't even deserve a single star, but I have to give one just to submit the review. I'm sharing this feedback based on my recent experience. I generated an Amazon voucher worth 4,000 points on 26th September, but they deducted the points without providing the coupon. I was told to wait for 24 hours, and after that, I was told again that it would be resolved by the end of the day and loop going on. Even today, they haven't resolved the issue. Bad customer services.

Worst APP for corporate benefits, my organisation has a tie-up with them and there APP has too many bugs, reimbursement bills keep getting misplaced within the bill history. Their customer support is the worst and it goes by weeks/months to solve small issues. If you are a corporate looking to collaborate with this club for your employees, find an alternate.

Probably one of the worst app. All of a sudden app stopped working. App is not launching from last 4 days. It keeps on loading. Tried reinstalling but that also didn't work out. This is happening for the second time. Don't know what's the issue. Last time when this happened the app started working by itself after 2 or 3 days. But this time it has been over 4 days and the app doesn't seem to working.

One of the worst application and the company ever. Customer service isn't functional, complaint emails are responded with automated e-mail without any resolution and no one is interested to address the concern of the customers. I have placed an order on 14th June 2024 and was told it takes 25 business days to deliver the same. It has been almost 3 months, but no one seems interested to cater it. Pathetic organisation.

Amazon voucher is available but adding as gift card in Amazon not as voucher, because of this previously added my voucher is not sufficient for purchasing mobile in Amazon. please help me in this.

The card screen is not clear, nos overlap each other. KYC is lousy and video failure is a professional experience. Bad experience with the integration.

Horrible Application with an equally inefficient customer support! I bought a gift card and it did not reflect in my account so I had to buy it TWICE which cost be double the money and the support won't even reach out to me and I have gotten no refund for it and it's been over 3 weeks. ALSO: 1k (500 points 2 times) of my points never reflected on my account. Just do not use this application.

One of the worst apps I've seen, not working at all. It will not proceed further after entering the ID and password. It asks for the location but doesn't even give me the opportunity to select it manually or automatically. The only word for this App is PATHETIC.
