Samsung/Android Sound notifications don't work since latest patch. Please fix this as we can't hear ringtone, only vibration on alerts. Happening across multiple phones in our area, all software incl. OS is up to date, page "I'm not receiving notifications" on Bart knowledge base all steps were followed, notifications still work but no audio. Thank you.

So far my experience woth BART has been nothing short of positive since my Brigades have started using it; I have but three minor requests that I hope the developers consider. The first is the ability to se a custom notification sounds. The second would be to have a TTS system read out the notification after the initial pager tone. The third is a bug where occasionally BART will not give any sounds for a page; I have found out about a few calls only after receiving a text message from JESCC.

App has started changing the volume on Android OS randomly. Missed a level 3 call for BA operators the other night. Unacceptable. Updated everything, running the latest version. Approx 8 hours after checking it was working its gone back down. Was reliable, now its not. Recommending people carry their pagers over bart now until either I get told what i'm doing wrong (used for over a year now) or its fixed. Not cool

Overall very happy. One small issue with notifications on Android 10 - The BART notifications are overridden by the standard system notification tone. I completed a restore notifications function & every other app was fixed, except this one. Please look into this as it is a significant flaw, especially if you dont have your page on you.

This is one of the better apps out there. It is developing well and generally improving over time. A couple of things I would like to see are 'different sound options for discussion board'(intrusive ones), the ability to mute notifications from the message board for a preselected time. A reaction option (in a similar vein to Facebook comments) could be great too . A visual indicator when someone makes a comment on a broadcast message. A confirmation when availability is saved.

This app has essentially stopped working properly via Android. I don't get notifications most of the time. If I do, I have to flick between quick view and live to access the turnout. The water maps are not anchored in the correct space - so if you need to know where the water point is properly, you will need to zoom in 100%. May seem like a small issue, but it's the difference between looking on the correct side of the road or not during a structure fire.

Having an issue with notification sounds. It used to work and I had it set to one of siren tones so I could hear it. Now it doesn't go off at all sometimes and won't use the siren sound no matter how many times I go into the app and think I've fixed it. It uses the quietest tone and 9 times out of 10, I miss it. 🤷‍♀️ Other than that, it's a good app...

It's a great app and better than the pager. But, I've noticed in some of the newer phones like my pixel 3a XL and some of the crews' Samsung, etc. The notification/alert sounds are being replaced with the default OS notification sound and there doesn't seem to be a way to fix this. I hope this gets patched real soon.
