I have my digital licence on the app, but have trouble remembering that the app is called "My VicRoads" instead of VicRoads or driver's licence. I have to look through all my apps before I come across it. I don't know how I'd go after an accident or after being pulled over by police for some infringement, when I would be stressed out. Then I have to remember my 6 number pin! Much easier to carry a plastic licence I think.

Terrible implementation of forcing someone to update the app in order to simply look at their ID card. As it were the network was down, so I couldn't update, so I couldn't access my ID card. Hence what is the point of this product? A physical ID never has to update! All updates need to be server and never client side. Edit 20/06/2024: as of indicated date, this pathetic scenario persists.

Terrible app. Never seems to work. Never let's me attach files for club permit renewal. But it's like everything run by Victorian government useless. Glad I refuse to use the digital licence. Nothing about that is a good idea.

Always been easy to access. Just read from the start and learn everything that you need to do for each occasion and over years of doing it cos you only do it either every 6 months Or 12 months for registration and every 3 to 10 years licence. Give it about a 7 out of 10 for easiness to use

this app is really terrible......never mind your I.D. is now potentially on the market to be stolen by the cyber thieves on the dark web, but you can't open the notification sent. app is locked from being able to unblock it in the app settings. I'd rather use the vicroads Web app. much much more user-friendly.

This app works 💪 !! and works well. Regular updates and information easy to find. Great we have Digital Licence now so looks easy to use when i get stopped lol.

Sign in requires authentication. Authentication can be set up on my Vicroads account. However, in order to access my Vicroads account, I need to sign in, which needs authentication. Can you see where this is going?

This idea of digital photo licence id is great i admit i have accidentally fogotten my licence probably a three times at the most over 30 years ( i take my driving seriously) and this is an excellent idea . It doesn't replace the normal photo id but it's a good second id when required . Thanks Leanne Scott
