Confusing app and setup. Had to research setup procedure needs to be done within 30 min of the charger being powered on. If you don't, you need to cycle the circuit breaker to reset the charger. No indication as to whether my charger "station" or "terminal" are set to public or private. It shows up on the map regardless, and not sure if the other users of the app can see it. I value my privacy and dislike having to enter an address. Obv more for corporate oversight than home users.

Not very intuitive UI. Long and pointless registration. Please rely on SSO from the major providers. Please also consider pay services (ex. : Google pay, etc.) instead of inputing credit card infos. It's very frustating to do all this to use a charger which turns out to be out of service and calling support which as it turns out is closed on week-ends. In Quebec, I'd wish you rather be part of the electric circuit network. 2 stars, only because the app doesn't crash.

Worst app for synchronisation with its host. Unstable server connexion. Unable to load stations. Profile does not load on first attempt.

I have two issues with the app. Even though I set up the cost of what hydroquebec charges me per kw (4 cents plus decimals, my cost per charging session always shows $0.00. But more importantly, the charging is only recorded if I start charging as soon as I get home. My kona ev has a feature so that I can schedule for just before my departure the next day to ensure the battery is warmed up before hitting the road. But then it does not record the session (times out?)

App navigation and UX is a bit weird. Needs some redesign. 1. When I open the app it goes looking up for nearby station on a map. I want it to go directly to my stations tab instead. If i m looking for other stations i would do it myself... 2. I can set the session time but no way to schedule the start time. 3. The power (current) limitation must be shown as an option with every new session not as a one time setting under the station settings.

I am unable to get past the sign up screen on the app on my Samsung phone. I fill in all required fields on the sign up, but then nothing happens ... no continue option. When I click the checkmark on top right, i get the message "An error occurred. The email and/or mobile phone number are already used by another account". When I used the password recovery option, I enter my email address ... and there is no continue button ... get this message: "An error occurred. Email not found"

Two major issues with the car: The app does not allow you to suspend charging without taking the plug out. What that means is, if you mistakenly charge someone else's vehicle, the money is lost. The app will continue charging money even if the car battery is full. It's on you to double check when it's full so you can manually unplug the connection to stop the charging. Very inconvenient.

I cannot get passed the sign up phase up the up. They require a pin sent by sms but they do t sent the text I cannot charge. Must be only for I phone users
