Great app , easy to navigate and schedule pickup time . Also was surprised how quickly tech support responded and fixed my issue

I like pilot coffee, but this app is pretty bad. Touches often don't get registered, and the "select time for your order to be ready" gets completely ignored. I mean, the whole reason I wanted to use this functionality was so that my coffee and food don't get cold. 1 minute after I put in an order, I get a notification "your order is ready!". Thanks for the cold coffee.

app isnt grrat. While selecting items is easy it's difficult to impossible to redeem points as the system directs you to do things then won't let you do them. There are also some functions in the app that are annoying like not being able to zoom in on a product, and not being able to have the account synched with the pilot website order account. You also can't update your phone number in the profile.

Pilot is great and the app is pretty good. It's a little non-intuitive in places (pick up times are tricky to change if you're returning to an order you started earlier but couldn't complete), but maybe I'm just not used to it yet.

Great app! Functional, user friendly, and I absolutely love that I can place orders up to a couple of weeks in advance (so when I'm running low on beans, I just place an order for a few days from that time and a fresh bag waits for me at a time I pick myself). Strongly recommend!

2 star? The app had worked for the most part. Except a several times when it has shown a store as closed when in fact it was open. Would also like to see the option of knowing what the "feature single origin " bean is for espresso drinks.

The coffee is great. The app is terrible. No sense of if your order is being worked on, and have waited twice for over 20 mins for a coffee.

Smooth running app. It would have been great to have an option to see a detailed description of each blend.
