The app is completely broken. I tried creating a login and the app crashed. Then it said my email address is already in use. Tried sending a reset password email, nothing shows up. Tried proceeding without an account, app continually crashes every time I try to add a device. This is literally the worst app I've ever attempted to use. Even spam ridden scam apps for non smart phones 15+ years ago were more functional than this piece of garbage. 0 stars, and I want a refund on the device I bought.

It inaccurately records my sleep and steps. For sleep it seems to record "sleep time" before I've even gone to bed. I've also noticed it inaccurately records steps, several times when I've walked over 10k (which is what the watch records) the app will only record about 8k. It would also be nice to have the option to answer a call if I'm wearing Bluetooth instead of just hang up. It's also stopped giving notifications.

This app has so many bugs. Please fix. It doesn't even correspond to anything the watch is doing except for the steps. You can't choose any custom workouts and the music player cannot be controlled on the watch. I try to use the app to record my workout and it stops in less than minute. The app does not record your sleep or heart rate from day to day. This app needs to be completely redone in my opinion. I am very disappointed with the app. I like the watch itself, though.

I had to switch phones and when I went to log into my account on my new phone, it told me wrong password, after a few attempts, I decide to attempt to just reset my password. It fails. I go to make a new account. Turns out it doesn't matter, your password is always wrong, even if you put in the right one. So, don't bother with an account.

The main reason I even use a smart watch is for the music control at reach of a flicked wrist and this although stating has multiple supported apps to do so. DOES NOT WORK. just buzz buzz but nothing happens. I even made sure the app had all special permissions.: Revised: it works after much difficulty and a random happen stance. The music player function still sucks though. Every time you need it, you have to cycle all the way to the bottom app in the watch. Every. Single. Time.

More or less just a watch. Sleep tracking is nonfunctional after the first night of use that was clearly incorrect. Heart rate appears to be consistently higher by at least 10 bpm. O2 sat is not accurate. I really don't know if this is an actual device issue or app issue. Will have to see if any other apps are compatible. The Amazon watch I had bought for half the price of this was somehow extremely accurate but I couldn't find a watch band. Maybe from this watch.

I'm pretty happy with this app/watch but wouldn't buy it full priced. I bought it for the steps and heartbeat while I work out and both seen fairly accurate. One easy improvement would be allowing the user to enter cadence to improve distance travelled accuracy. It always seems to track me at less km then I actually walk (gps'd route) and sleep isn't always accurate. Can't sync to google fit. Great battery life. Pro use tip - flip watch so wrist doesn't hit button, it can stop a tracked workout.

Can't even get pass the personal info page, it bugs as soon as I enter a nickname. Update: managed to skip that by not creating an account, but the app stop working anytime I try to add the watch as a device. Tried rebooting the app, rebooting my phone, even deleted and reinstalled the app, nothing.
