Always provides wrong address. The app asks you to enter an address when requesting any type of service. After typing in the correct address and entering all other required information, the final screen always shows the wrong address. For example, if I type in 123 ABC street for requested services and then enter in all other information that the city needs, the final screen will show something like 129 ABC street. And then the service request goes unfilled.

App stopped working a few months ago. After I drop the pin to the address and continue to the next step, it abruptly crashes. Tried to give this app a chance and work past the flaws. Location is locked by address and not GPS location. Multiple flags at one location stack, so you can't read them all. Duplicate submissions become a part of life. Some duplicated submissions never go away, you'll always see them, and you can't delete them. The list goes on. City got fleeced for this abandonware.

The app has many known bugs, and the developer just sends a canned response rather than correcting the many issues being reported. Location services must be set to High Accuracy in order for the app to find your current location. Fine. Inputting an address manually takes longer than expected (slow servers?), which gives the impression that the app has stopped working. I've only had success submitting reports at home using high speed wifi. When submitting a saved photo, the app automatically rotates the image counterclockwise. It shouldn't be this difficult. Do we need to speak with the local media or city leaders to get these issues addressed? End users complain...nothing happens. People writing the checks complain...maybe we will see an update.

The app is a good idea, but too clunky. There is nowhere to just report a problem in 140 characters or less and hit send. There is a menu of topics you have to hunt through to find the issue you're trying to report. Once you settle on the closest match, the app becomes obsessed with the user's current location, as if the app designers didn't consider the user may be reporting what they saw at a later time, in a different location. # # #

Bad app & bad service. App is glitchy and not use friendly. Uploading the location is hit or miss. Mostly miss. It automatically reads your location, (government tracking?) w/no option to turn off, pick location in map, or include street & cross street instead of an exact address. The City of San Antonio doesn't respond or take action. Even there are multiple flags, the City just deleted them. It's a frustrating waste of time.

The app serves its purpose if you can get around learning curve, but it needs a lot of improvement. Many complain about the addresses accuracy, but I found if you drag/walk (tap/hold) the pin across the map to the address of concern it will work, but it's time consuming. Would be easier if typing in the address was an option. The other caveat is, when reporting Anonymous/Private... you may not see future case updates in app, but only see an email that issues have been resolved, and case closed.

I have found the app to be fickle and trouble-prone. Difficult or impossible to set location by using map pointer. Difficulty connecting with server: I don't think this is just my phone service. Occasional crashes. Today it offered to let me send feedback on a failure but then switched to the camera before I could send anything. The questions are often obstructive and not helpful. Follow-up by the city is San Antonio is inadequate: improved reporting has been delayed significantly.

there are several issues that need to be resolved. the app is slow, freezes and does not allow to "flag" the location on the map even though it seems to require it to proceed. I tried several times to report issues. I pull over and waste time uploading the info. I'm never able to upload it. absolutely horrible app. the previous one worked great.
