Whenever my managers Send a notification/ Broadcast, I never get notified same as any messages in direct messaging within the app. If it's going to have that kind of function it should work however your app does not notify the people when the function is being used. And leads to extreme miscommunication. Yes

They read the reviews and problems and never do anything about it or fix it and its been that way for years. Unreal. Constantly logs me out and says my password is wrong when it's correct then when I go to change it it says messege has been sent with instructions to change password when it hasn't because I never got it in my email or number after multiple attempts. They are putting my job at risk because they are not fixing problem they are supposed to that could make me loose my job.

I really can't stand this app sometimes but now it's really irritating me. It won't let me log in and when I try to change my password, it doesn't send the text or email. My entire week is filled up with work and I can't even check what time for. That and the none existent notifications are killing me. I'm glad I get to delete this app soon..

No notifications for messages or schedule. Desktop and mobile apps are not the same and cannot interchange messages and content between the two. Broadcasts block view and cannot be dismissed on certain phones. ** Update 5/15/22 Still no notifications or alerts and now I cannot message multiple members of my employment at the same time. Not sure why group messaging is broken when it worked prior.

Horrible app for FOH especially after using the so convenient hot schedules. You can't see who else works, which is important!!!! No feature to message staff. You can't request TO work, and I'm sure there are more issues too!

My work just switched to this from Hot Schedules. Biggest complaint; no notifications! Hot Schedules would send an email when new schedules or any shift trade requests were posted, you could also view who would be available to trade and allow you to directly message them. Employee Central is as bare bones as it can be. Yes it will show you your schedule and take schedule requests but there are much better apps to choose from

Does the job. It frequently requires me to log back in which is a pain. It's a little confusing in the beginning to understand the requesting off part so I mostly to just request off the whole day. Haven't found a way to sync the schedule to my calendar which I would like

This app literally sucks and I'm so sad that my boss decided to use it because I have so many problems with it..the app constantly logs me out and wont let me log back in, I've had to change my password multiple time because it wont let me log in and now I dont even receive the emails to change my password. This app is literally garbage
