Very poor app and service. Can only set drop off in the same area you are picked up in, even if the drop off would be only a few blocks away. Drivers often are 10 mins away for 20 mins, but there is no way to cancel even when they don't move at all. Overall very below par for similar services on other apps or in other countries.

Overall it's very impressive application, I'm loving it. However, wishing the waiting time can be faster in the future. Also it could be nice and more convenient if there is a function that client can chat or contact directly with the driver.

Confusing interface only showing 1 area at a time, but areas listed alphabetically? This makes it hard for tourists—just using the map would be better. Hard to tell at what point a tuktuk is actually booked—I thought I'd aborted but the booking happened. Also regularly seems to ask if you want to meet at the destination as well as the pick-up point, which is a little confusing. Not clear there's any way to give a tip in the app, but there SHOULD be!

There are several critical issues with this apps that the developer never makes any improvement. GPS location and estimated time are inaccurate; it keeps customers waiting endlessly The Top-up experience is so slow to update especially on credit card payment. Sometimes, it seems like the payment doesnt make through, making customers keep trying - ending up with multiple top-up beyond their desired amount. When you purchase their trip package, it will take 15 mins to update, you cant use it rw

The worst app ever. I don't want to give even one star. The car's GPS is wrong. Although the car didn't arrive, it showed 'arrive' in the app. And then the way was cancelled automatically, and also cut the deposit as "NO-SHOW FEE". This occurs more than ten times.
