TERRIBLE! Why they need access to my contacts? Seems items can't be deleted anymore once entered. Why still no barcode on the postal slip? Please bring back the app as before. The current app has no value. Thai Post should respect users feedback and rating. When I posted my review the app had poor 2.4 stars, now 1.3 stars and that is a extremely poor rating. A week before it was at 2.4 stars. I'm sure you can do better.

Worthless because it doesn't recognize my tracking numbers. I tried this app because Thai Post recently updated the tracking on their website. It no longer gives up to date tracking information and uses Google Translate which results in ridiculous translations. Now, there's no good and reliable way to track in Thailand.

Lacks the basic functionality of the app it replaces. For example there is NO facility to delete entries!! Would surely have been easier to extend the use of the old app rather than inflict this ill conceived/untested one onto everyone

I'm about to uninstall it. I left my parcel at the "Quick Service" office 24 hours ago. But when I tried to track my parcel on the app, it said, "Data not found". The app is trash.

The app hardly update tracking and when entering new tracking number, some tracking numbers doesn't just appear when added... very annoying app. Better use other alternative.

update ล่าสุดแล้วเปิดแอพไม่ได้เลย crash on start ตลอด จะลองลงใหม่ก็กลัวเสียข้อมูลเลข track ที่ใส่ไว้เยอะๆ แก้ไขด่วนด้วยครับ

Have to do a human test before each search which takes time. Why? Do bots download apps to randomly check made up tracking codes? There does not seem to be a reason for this for an app that is supposed to be more convenient than the website
