Doesn't work well at all. Totally unreliable app. I can't believe, that for a car of that price (over 60k$), the with the app, it supposed to improve my Acura experience, I can't do nothing that I've been promised (push itinerary to the car, lock/unlock doors, subscriptions renewal, etc...) online or on the app. I don't like it at all.

Have had 2 vehicles over almost 4 years with this app. Thank God the current subscription is free because the app is just dreadful. At best, it's slow to send commands. More often, it simply says it can't connect. Worthless. Oh and I love how you have to share every ounce of data privacy in order to use the service. Nice touch, Acura.

Totally unreliable app. I can't start my car with my phone. Paying for the service and unable to use it or rely on it is stressful. Called customer service 3 times in the last month, but all I get is a standard answer,"they are looking into it". They even wanted my password and code to ne able to access my app. Ver very disappointed.

I give this app 3 stats because I primarily use this to remotely start my mdx. You can start the vehicle twice and it will stay started for 10 mims then you can restart or extend it another 10 mins. Well when you first start the vehicle it works fine, but when it comes to extending or starting it again, the app almost always tells you remote start failed or something to the effect where it didn't continue the start. When I ho outside, sometimes it's still started or sometimes it doesn't work.

App is slow to connect to the car, often unresponsive, and UI is unintuitive. But worst of all, when remote starting, I'm locked out of the car, key fob doesn't work nor the app. With how much we are paying, this app needs to be overhauled. The experience is far below just using the keyfob.

I used this app for a 2022 RDX A-SPEC and now a 2025 MDX Type S. I am very pleased with the response time improvements. Vehicle information is returned remarkably quicker with this app and car. Remote commands from the app have substantially improved as well. One minor annoyance: while I'm still able to use Android Auto and Acura Link without service issues, I'm often warned that "Acura Link keeps crashing from OneUI (Galaxy S24 Ultra).

You spend a boatload of money on a really nice car. Then they make you pay yearly for a subpar app. This app is awful!! C'mon Acura.. we all hate your app. Do something to make this worth having! Half the time, I can't even remote start my 2019 RDX. One time it caused me to replace a fuse because it glitched and caused my infotainment screen to turn bright blue for my whole drive drive home at night. I had to cover it with a towel because it was so bright i could not see!

I subscribed this morning and just finished canceling my subscription. Takes forever for my car to start assuming it works at all. edit: it was freezing this morning and the app wouldn't work. it fail at the singular task it has.
