Frustrating! Many attempts made over months trying to book online. Just keeps taking me back to the start. Cannot ring cinema to book either! Why have an app when it doesn't work? Don't bother using, waste of time.

The booking system kicks you out with an error message every time I try and pay, meaning I have to book via the website. this has been happening for a while now.

In this new version I'm getting stuck on a spinner after paying with PayPal even though it says 'Complete' behind it. I can hit the close but tickets do not appear in wallet (although they turn up later by email), this happens every time for me. Also please give us back ability to save details like address. Otherwise it's a great app that I'd like to give the extra star. Thanks.

Multiple attempts to purchase tickets over the last year (yep I've been reporting the issue for that long), different error message everytime. Update: App falls over when trying to pay with PayPal and then says the showing is unavailable when trying to pay by card. Update: Old bugs are till there however the latest update has added more joy by now simply being unusable, click View All and get promoted with the Please Try Again screen. Terrible app, use a browser instead

Myself and my daughter tried several times to book with debit and credit cards but the app kept declining our cards saying there's a problem with our cards and to contact the bank. In the end I closed the app and booked as a guest via their website and it worked fine, so obviously an issue with the app. I had almost given up and almost booked with the vue or showcase instead.

Very good and easy app to use....but for what ever reason I am unable to link my privilege card to it. I have been issued a new card with a new number, I've even deleted an reinstalled the app but still it won't validate my card. Spent a bit of time in the cinema with very helpful staff but can't seem to get it sorted. let's make it clear though, I've used the Carlton in Westgate on Sea for years and it is the only issue I have had. First world problems and all that!

The search for films and seats is easy to use, but as many others have said, always have issues with payment. PayPal, debit or credit card, nothing works unless you put all of the details in again, bit frustrating 😕

Latest update for the app appears to have bugs. app closes down at order completion, also closes down if I try to look at my bookings. Not helpful. Have bookings, can't retrieve tickets. 😠
