Writing this review to commend how well thought of this app and GoGym is. Offers different kinds of packages that's suited to beginners and first timers, which I really appreciate. They allow you to 'test the waters' first. There are different packages that would really fit in to your needs. Convenient and reliable payment methods, too.

I had a good experience when I discovered this gym; however, they have changed their rates and removed the flexible rates. The concept of flexibility has been lost for this business. This became unscalable and changed their target market. For people who don't have much time to go to the gym and have a workout routine that prioritizes longer recovery for better results, they should find another gym that offers flexibility and feasible rates. Sorry, but you have lost another loyal customer.

I was double charged after the app has been updated. Poor customer service. I messaged them in their Facebook page but they ignored me and didn't provide a resolution.
