Awful website and an even worse app. Haven't even gotten to use my insurance yet and it's April because I've been having so many problems with absolutely all of their services especially paying for my insurance. It doesn't want to ever load online and you can't get ahold of anyone on the phone either. How am I supposed to pay if none of the payment portals have even worked this whole time and the option to make it an automatic payment doesn't work either?

The app does not give me an option to set up Auto Pay, and I really could use that feature. It tells me in the monthly Statement that I can sign up for it online or call their Headquarters to do so, When I call them I'm told by the person that answers that I can't do that by calling to set that up but have to do it online. So Contradictory for the Runaround Answer from operators that won't do their job, I'm assuming that's the reason cause they give no reason as to why they can't set it up!!!

Just downloaded app and it won't even open up for me when I choose the open icon in play store!?!?!? Apparently, from reading reviews, this issue of not being able to open after installing has not been resolved for over a year?????

Won't even let me pay on the app anymore or on the website...this is really inconvenient for me as I have a newborn to deal with.
