Why is this considered an upgrade from the first version? It's worse in every way. Connectivity is unreliable, and the app just seems buggy. I used to see all sensors graphed together, but now you have to select them individually. And that's if you don't get a "Something went wrong" message. Why companies continue to "fix" something that isn't broken is beyond me.

Sadly was one of the best, reliable systems we tried. Decent device but will stop working on occasion like now. Rolled out an update and it's currently totally useless. On occasion Bluetooth dies during an update, etc, but this has been something else. Wanted historical data tracking and accurate reads, but this makes us question it all.

I had to upgrade the app when I purchaded a Wave Enhance. I now have four devices and it takes over 5 min to sync. When I use the old app, it takes less than 30 seconds to sync the three compatible devices - Two Wave plus and one Wave mini. The old app syncs simultaneously while the new app seems to sync one at a time.

How was this improved in any way? Used the previous app for over a year and was very happy with both its interface and its reliability. This new app is confusing, and clunky and most of the time does not even see my devices. It won't sync, it's not reliable, and considering this is for well over $2,000 worth of equipment, I'm extremely disappointed as the use of the app was one of the main reasons for my purchase. At this point I would no longer recommend their equipment or software.

This app would be fine, if it worked. After using computers and cellphones for 30 years, I have NEVER experienced such instability and non-functionality as I have with this app! I have wasted too many hours trying virtually everything I could think of multiple times, but without success. My experience with the behavior of this app has been accutely frustrating and most disappointing! I have spent hours and hours communicating with Airthing's tech support, but no progress whatsoever.

Rarely syncs. App says it is the current version. App says device firmware is current version. After multiple attempts to sync, it says it is up to date, but says it's offline and gives no data in the web dashboard, but appears to display current conditions. Hasn't updated in about 5 months. I was pretty excited when I first got it, but nothing but trouble and I'm very disappointed and I feel like I wasted my money. Looking for a replacement.

Syncing never works so can't do its sole purpose while the old app would sync fine. Just says syncing failed with no actual information to debug with. Edit: syncs fine after resetting it. Though the data from time it stopped syncing to now is seemingly lost so not great. Why it randomly started needing that only on the new app is not clear. Bumped up review to 3 stars. It's ok, but no value improvements really from old app I can tell.

Doesn't sync with my devices. Went back to the old app. I liked the old data visualization better anyway. Edit to respond to the developer: I don't want to troubleshoot your app. That's work and frankly what I paid _you_ to do when I bought the device. For the price of the device, the app should work as expected.
